I have not been to a Five Guys location in a couple of years, for no specific reason at all. I entered this location and was greeted by the familiar aroma, and my order was taken by a young man who was incredibly pleasant. However, that was the highlight of my experience. My burger was bland, sloppily put together, and the cheese was not melted. The "regular" order of fries was their typical, generous serving. I don't know if there has been a decline in quality or if my taste has simply changed, but this burger was mediocre in every sense of the word and highly dissatisfying.

The only other Five Guys that I've been to was in Times Square and I have to admit the Ramsey experience was much better.I ordered a custom little cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and pickles and everyone else got a regular cheeseburger with the Five Guys all the way option. All of our burgers came out exactly as requested and we received the most generous size of fries. The lady behind the counter was super accommodating and the service was great. I have to admit that I was not used to the size portion and fell into a food coma. Make sure you are hungry and ready to eat!

Great honest burger. Real fresh cut fries in peanut oil. For a chain, it can't be beat. It's pricier but only because the quality is better than any other burger chain. Really good.

First of all it was absolutely freezing in the place, I mean come on if you do not want to have customers sitting in your restaurant do not have seats, but if you are going to have seats for customers to eat their food they bought from you, turn up the heat!!! It's winter!!Second your manger a female barely speaks English! Seriously, a female customer before me ordered on the app and this so called manager couldn't comprehend or communicate with the customer or understand what she was saying!!! And yea your prices are ridiculous give us a break!

Beyond slow service. People working here clearly don’t care. If the owner or manager is reading this please hire people who speak English. Bad enough the service is horrible but to then have to repeat your order multiple times because they don’t speak English or understand English well.

Great place to have a good burger lunch. We always enjoy coming to Five Guys at Ramsey. I would like you to do the following to make this place even better: (1) The cheese must be melted on the burgers. It was NOT melted on both our burgers today. (2) The burgers were on the cold side. (3) the order was prepared in a quick fashion.Area of improvements: (1) Ensure that the bread is 100% fresh and moist (2) Have a full slice of Onion instead of chopped raw onions as an option.. I know that is mandated by your franchisor.. they should consider this.. (3) Introduce a couple of good sauces like Habenero or any other special Chipotle Five Guys or a ranch (4) Introduce Onion rings..

Not sure how you can serve a hot dog so completely messed up. Deliberately split the bun in two halves, and added a quart of condiments. Needed a spoon to eat it.
