One of my favorite spots for takeout. Whether we are ordering breakfast or lunch the food is phenomenal. Service here is extremely friendly and helpful. I love that takeout has its own separate door from the restaurant. It has a nice classic homey Italian vibe to the restaurant. Which is extremely warm and welcoming. Parking can be difficult during the busier hours of the day and on weekends. I highly recommend the fresh squeezed orange juice as it is out of this world.

Wish I could give it a zero - never going back & never recommending to anyone. Actually, I will recommend - to not go! First off, waiting for a table is a complete nightmare. They do not send a text when your table is ready, so you have to stand in a tiny area on top of other people and tables, getting in the servers ways. The owner was very rude telling us we were in the way of tables being able to eat, while there was no where to stand. If it was the summer you can easily wait outside, but in the winter you are not going to stand outside in 15 degree weather. So if they have a problem with people standing around then they should figure out a new system that's in this century so people can go wait in their cars and then come back when the table is ready. The main issue here was with the food/customer service. I ordered an omelette and asked for no bacon inside of it, being as I am a vegetarian. When I received my omelette I noticed in the first bite I picked up there was a piece of bacon. This is no biggie and happens a lot when I go out to eat - so I kindly told our server and he responded "well if there is, that's the only piece." My jaw basically hit the table and I was in disbelief that this person was trying to tell me it was ok to eat something I specifically requested to not be in my food. How does he know I am not allergic to that, or don't eat it for religious reasons? So he finally offers to take the plate back and have the chef make me a new omelette. Not even a minute later the owner comes back with my plate and says she confirmed with the chef that he didn't put bacon in it, so it probably was just from the skillet because everything is cooked together. Admitting that they cross contaminate their food (which is not great). Moral of the story, they refused to make me a new meal. I have NEVER in my life been DENIED a new meal when I found meat or something I requested to not be in my food. Since I was starving I decided to just dig apart my meal and examine every bite before I ate it - which was not an enjoyable experience, especially knowing it was cooked in bacon grease basically. Finally, after we paid and were getting ready to walk out the door. The owner comes back over and wanted to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable eating my meal. And tried to "reassure" me that the eggs are cooked in separate pans, which is not what I was told earlier. If she cared in the slightest of her customer being comfortable she would have made a new omelette when I sent it back. She probably just wanted to make sure they didn't get a bad review - but you're getting one anyways! RIDICULOUS!

I came there yesterday to pick up your donation for the Pancreatic Cancer Walk and treated myself to some grab and go items. The spinach lasagna was out of this world but I could not get enough of the lentil soup! I finished the whole quart in one sitting! I’m looking forward to my pumpkin bisque for lunch today. My mouth is already watering! I live in Paramus but I expect to become a frequent flyer! Everything was delicious!!!

It was our first time here and the atmosphere has a cute cafe feel. The staff is very friendly especially Trish. The food was excellent & presented very well. It felt like an upscale place at reasonable prices especially for what you got. They had outside dining where they had cushions for the chairs & was treated same as inside. I highly recommend this place for breakfast.
