L’arte has been my go to coffee shop in the area for years now and they NEVER disappoint. The paninis are so underrated (I LOVE the caprese) and while they are expensive, they are delicious and well worth the price. Desserts are phenomenal and high quality, cannot recommend this place enough
We come here often for authentic Italian pastries, gelato and granita. Everything is fresh and delicious. We took a class recently and made delicious ravioli, arancini and pistachio cookies. The class with Chef Andrea (owner) was so much fun and I highly recommend it for a fun night out with friends or family or even a date night. There are a maximum of ten students (so not crowded at all) and you get to sample what you have made and take enough home for a meal the next day. Chef Andrea explains the ingredients and technique and then you proceed to prepare the items under his supervision. He explains how to source the items you will need to make items at home and gives you printed easy to follow instructions to take home. He is funny, patient and great to work with. We can't wait to take another class with him!!

Recently, I took two cooking classes at L'Arte della Pasticceria. Both classes were well worth the cost. Chef Andrea selected dishes that were delicious and out of the ordinary. He offered tips, advised ingredient choices and introduced techniques that were both helpful and ensured excellent results. Chef Andrea has instructional skills that allowed even novice cooks to feel at ease while learning how to best prepare the dishes. He has a casual approach and appealing sense of humor . Chef Andrea inspires the home cook to elevate his/her culinary skills to the next level.
