Went in for a plain slice at 730 on a Friday night. They didn’t have any, which I thought was odd, so I asked for a pepperoni slice. It was boxed up and I took it to go. When I got home it noticed it was actually sausage and pepperoni, not what I ordered. The slice was ice cold even though I only drove 5 minutes in a warm car. Proceeded to heat it up in the oven. The slice was soggy and seemed like it was frozen from the day before, but was also mostly burnt on the bottom. Employees were complaining about wanting to leave while inside the restaurant. Not a pleasant experience…or taste. $9 I wish I had back.

So disappointed. We lived in Ramsey for many years and always got our pizza from here. It was the best! We moved away in 2017 and have just moved back and couldn't wait to get to NY Pizza! We ordered our 'usual' - stuffed meat pizza. Sadly it was nothing like it used to be. It was thinner, less filling and no marinara sauce. They always used to put 2 little pots in with the pizza. As soon as I opened the box, my heart sank.

Garlic knots are the best - get them!!!! Lots of different slices to choose from. I got a chicken bruschetta and it was fully loaded and tasted like a chicken milanese slice

What Happened Here? This used to be a nice place to stop and get a slice or two of pizza, with a soda. As the song says, "but that was yesterday and yesterday's gone." My wife and I stopped by today for lunch. We ordered three plain slices, with one cut in half, plus two Diet Cokes. The man split each slice in half, which was no problem, until we ate the pizza. It was swimming in too much oil and was absolutely tastelessness. To top it off, the soda was flat! We should have gotten a hint when we were the only people in there at 12:15 PM. So if you want tasteless food and flat soda, have I got the place for you.

Went in today for a sandwich and immediately noticed that the owner wasn't wearing a mask or gloves. His employee wasn't wearing gloves. This is just stupidly irresponsible. Places are starting to open up a bit and people want to feel safe. Epic fail on your part. Not going back. I'll opt for common sense over convenience any day.

Ah yes... the unexpected COVID-19 hitting the tri-state area hard with curfew and shutting down non-essential businesses. Luckily for us foodies, we at least get to take out and order delivery. I was craving a slice of pizza on my way to do some grocery shopping in the Ramsey ShopRite. I decided to support the local pizza business and buy a slice. It's expected that restaurants are empty nowadays with COVID-19 around, but this restaurant had 1-2 other people picking up food at the same time as my boyfriend and me (6+ feet away). We ordered a slice of pizza and boy, am I glad I went. Last time we came it was just an okay ratio of cheese and sauce and crust, but this time, they got it down right: just the right amount of sauce and crust with a little bit extra cheese melted on top. I'll be sure to come back and support this business as it seems to be my go to "NYC Style" pizza place in Bergen County, but perhaps I'll try to order something different -- maybe a whole pizza pie!

Ordered catering delivery for the first time today! Sandwich platter was a good value, with tasty and hearty sandwiches, albeit they were a bit sloppily made. Salad was decent too, but greens were a little wilted. Overall an okay meal for lunch, and I'd definitely order again!
