I order from my job for lunch all time and there always 1hr to 40 mins late and then when you call to see where order is the hang up on you very rude and disrespectful I will not order from here again and the food was cold and it taste old if people keep being treated like this they should not buy food here. Treat the customers that keep u in business good if not they will not support your business

Best Chinese food in Ramsey. Excellent customer service, food—the whole kit and caboodle. Seriously, they always get my order right, and I’ve tried other Chinese restaurants nearby, and their dumplings and pork fried rice does not compare.

Extremely disappointing, I used to love this place. Service was quick but that's the only good thing about this place because the food was barely edible. The chicken fried rice wasn't edible, the chicken had the most disgusting consistency like it had been boiled or something. I got the general tso's chicken combo with pork fried rice and an egg roll -- not as bad as the chicken fried rice, but still absolutely terrible. I just recommend that you go anywhere else.

Wow! The fried wontons, spare ribs, pork fried rice with egg, egg rolls and chicken and broccoli were incredible! Will definitely be ordering from here again!!

This restaurant has really good food they give you a large portion size. The food is very tasty. The restaurant is nice and clean and the staff are very friendly … it’s located on a main road so parking could be tricky but other than that five stars. I believe they’re closed on Mondays.

My all family got food poisoning from their cheese won tongs. My three kids and my husband got very sick with severe vomiting and diarrhea for three days. Please be careful ordering fried food from this restaurant.

Decided to try a new place tonight. I've tried most Chinese places around ramsey and Mahwah in the last 6 years and this is now my favorite Chinese place. I got the vegetable low mein and general tsos tofu. It was very good. Also the scallion pancakes were really crunchy and came with this really awesome sauce. I will be ordering from them again.

I was honestly skeptical about the food. I have been loyal custom to my local Chinese take spot for quite sometime. I have tried other Chinese takeout and was somewhat disappointed on their food. But that’s not case here, the food I ordered from Shang hai was very flavorful and enjoyable, although the vegetable fried rice was slightly on the bland side. But overall the food was good and I’ll probably order food from here again.

I only order chinese takeout/delivery from Shanghai. Food is delivered nice and hot. Quality is superb. BBQ Ribs are so good. They are meaty, lean and delicious. I especially love the Lake Tung Ting Shrimp. Shrimp Egg Foo Young is the best. Staff is very nice. They always fulfill delivery time estimate. Order with confidence.
