Good sandwiches but insanely over priced. 1st time we went there i paid 18$ for a combo and small size sandwich. Went back and a regular size sandwich and a can of soda was 21$. I don’t understand the pricing

3 1/2 for the food, 1 for the price. Got the Lady Di. It was about 9" long, one slice of really thin, dry chicken cutlet. There may have been some eggplant too but it was so thin that it was not noticeable. A lot of arugula, I assume to make the sandwich seem thicker. Mozzerella and roasted peppers were good. Bread was nice and crusty even though they charged extra for semolina. With tax an tip it was $17.40. I can go to any good old school Italian deli in Bergen county and get a huge hero packed with chicken, nice fried eggplant, etc. Might cost the same but at least you get a filling sandwich that you can probably eat for two lunches! Too many good Italian delis in BC to deal with this place.

As a business owner, I was disappointed all around. I am very considerate when leaving reviews but this one i felt needed to be said. When I walked in, there was a young lady and young gentleman making sandwiches. Neither acknowledged my presence. I said Hello because I think it is rude to act like someone does not exist, there were no other people in there at the time but they were working on sandwiches that were on a screen. I proceeded to ask if they could make a pressed panini with prosciutto, mozzarella, tomato etc so I did not waste time waiting for them to finish what they were doing before being acknowledged. I was told yes. Went to use the bathroom. Pee in the toilet, and no hand soap. And empty bottle of hand sanitizer that appeared to have been old and filled with water. I didn't even attempt to use this because at this point water seemed more sanitary. I order the sandwich and walk out with it. I get to my car. No detection of heat and no press marks. So I decided to go back. I proceed to stand in the front for about 3 minutes waiting since no one is up front. Once the young lady came up front I asked if it was pressed and was told yes. Asked if it could be pressed longer. I kid you not I was handed the sandwich less than a minute later and did not see her place this sandwich on any press. I couldn't even believe the audacity. I proceeded to walk out in disbelief and not wanting to start a fight because my normal self would have made a scene but suppose listening to Vivaldi all morning corrected that from being my reaction. Would not come again for a 20$ pressed panini that was not pressed especially without friendly faces. The 3 stars is because I can tell the products are of good quality and that the owner shouldn't be held responsible for their employees. The concept and place is on point. The customer service is not. I will attempt to post a photo of my "pressed panini"

Stopped in for the first time ever. Was greeted and accommodated with a special request. They have Boylans on tap (many flavors). If you're a fan of that alone, this is already worth it. First bite if my sandwich was delicious and the sandwich was picture perfect. I'll definitely be back!

One and done. Ordered a Sparo hero - not sure if they added salt/pepper to the sandwich, but it was so salty, I barely ate half and threw the rest out (an absolute first ever for me). I also added banana peppers to the order and they forgot to add. Fries were okay, bean salad was tasteless. Nope.

Fantastic addition to Ramsey which already has some great deli's. I was really impressed with their sandwiches. Unbelievable.

The place looks like a deli version of Chipotle. Very clean and you can order for all sorts of things. The mama ree was my choice… fried eggplant, artichokes, mozzarella, peppers… so good. The bread is fresh and the sandwich doesn’t fall apart when you bite into it. I would come by to try the other sandwiches. They also had friendly staff that made the experience even better. 4 stars.

Makes no sense. I ordered a small sub omitting the meat. So just provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, and vinegar. I was charged $6. 95 + a dollar for the cheese $.25 for the bread, a dollar for cheese AGAIN and $.40 for tomato . 35 for lettuce .50 for onion and a $.31 convenience fee. My question is what's included in the 6.95 ? I got charged more for adding les Makes no sense. I tried to question it and I was told 'it's just the way it is. ' So basically, I asked for less and got charged more... mind you there were only two pieces of provolone on the sandwich. I definitely will not be going back. $11.95 for two slices of cheese and fixings ... Rip off

Greta subs. Nice folks behind the counter. Loved the fair lawn mike. That was dope. Chicken parm is good but not the star of the show. The Italian and turkey subs were great also. Parking on the street or lots around town. Give them a try and you won't be sorry!

STAFF: friendly, polite, cheerful. Their attention to detail making the sandwich's was Impressive, cutting the eggplant into strips is a power move so it doesn't slide off, trimming any cutlet that's too thin so you don't have a tough sandwich'. Making sure the bread is sliced in half so the bottom isn't too thin and crumbles. Most other places won't do that. Sandwiches: custom, eggplant, roast beef (cooked perfectly not blooody, provolone, long hots, arugula. Delicious on seeded bread. Dani girl on seeded bread, lots of eggplant, good chicken cutlet and lots of delicious vodka sauce toasted nicely. Are the sandwiches "pricy"? No. Not unless you're cheap or don't understand the cost of business and good business at that! They are hand made with fresh sliced meats and cheeses, big servings but not where you need to unhinge your jaw to eat it, friendly staff, clean orderly establishment. Will repeat again for sure!
