I called for a pick up order at 6pm. I ordered French fries and chicken wings then pork fried rice with sweet and sour chicken they said it would be 10mins. I arrived at 6:20 to find out they got my order wrong so I had to wait another 10 to 15 mins. When I finally got my order the sweet and sour chicken was burnt. They was barely any chicken inside and it was so crispy that it hurt to chew.

I live in Randolph and have been ordering from here for the last 7 years but today is my last time. If you place an order online be prepared for your card to be charged about 10-12% more than the price on your receipt. They will tell you the prices have been raised and their ordering website does not reflect that.

Racist and awful service. Ordered food online at 6:00 and walked there at the expected time of 6:32. People came in and ordered food FROM THE COUNTER and got the food before I did when I ordered online way in advance with an extra tip and walked there. I even went to the counter to check that my online order went through which it did, they just didn't prepare it or anything. Never coming back. I paid for everything and never got any food after an hour of waiting.
Terrible service. I ordered lo mein from here and they delivered fried rice. I called them to correct it and they tried to make me pay an additional charge! Even after I already paid for what I actually ordered and added tip. I wasn't even a mile down the road from the place, it could have been a simple fix, but they refused. That is awful service if you ask me. As a business you need to own up to your mistakes and do what you can to make it right. For that alone, it's not worth it. The food is basic. There's plenty of Chinese food spots that will actually do their job, and do it well.

The prices for both the order online AND the printed menus are WAY less than they charge you. My email receipt was $28 and when I show up to pay they charge me $35. They said their prices are up and “they’re getting new menus” but I say why not fix the prices on the website? Pretty sure this is illegal, check your bill! Will not be back.
