I would leave 0 stars if i could. This dunkin’ donuts is DISGUSTING and ran by a bunch of people who could care less about their business. Highly recommend going to a different dunkin’ donuts unless you want to walk through piles of trash before entering the door. I can only imagine how filthy it is inside with how much the employees don’t give a ****.

This was my first time visiting this Dunkin location. I have been to many others. I am from Toronto, canada, and I was in town for work. The service was friendly and fast. The restaurant was clean and the food was exactly as I ordered. I had the sourdough breakfast sandwich and the raspberry refresher drink with green tea. Overall I was very happy with this visit. I saw the other reviews, and some were not good. However, I had a very pleasant visit to this Dunkin. I can't find one thing to complain about honestly.

We had to wait a little bit as there was only one person taking the orders as well as making the orders. She did remark that the other person on duty left her alone bc he was on break. However, she handled herself amazingly. Was upbeat, responsive, polite and very efficient on her own. Job well done! We didn't mind waiting at all bc of how sweet she was. Every customer left there smiling which is more than I can say for other Dunkin's that I have been to that were fully staffed! I'm quite impressed and will definitely be back when I'm in the area! I don't know her name but she deserves a raise!

Today I did a mobile order for several items from the Dunkin location on Route 10, in Randolph, NJ.When arriving, I gave the gentleman my Dunkin order number and he denied receiving it. Even when I showed him the order on my iPhone, which delineated that the order was paid for his location, he still refused to give me what I had ordered. Only when I made a big fuss did another person finally, while very reluctantly, filled my order.I would strong suggest for everyone to stay clear of the Dunkin location on Route 10, in Randolph, NJ . Not only is the crew poorly organized, but very rude to paying customers!

This location used to be one of the better locations. Nowadays, they screw up mine & my family's orders every single time we go. Last night they couldn't even get a hot green tea with honey, correctly. My son ask for oatmilk in his coffee all the time, & every single time they put regular milk it it. I really don't know what's going on over there, the last several months.

This Dunkin claims the donuts are baked on premisis. A Dunkin that does this is in high demands thsse days. The sign out front states this but these doughnuts are not baked at this location! The employees are aware that the sign is old and needs to be taken down. Don't be fooled

The workers were rude, the sandwich was bad compared to other Dunkin locations, and took a long time.

Staff is great but some days when the regular staff isn’t there you ever up waiting for a while when it should be in and out New staff is slow and don’t seem to be motivated to help customers

Very slow service.... only 1 coffee ordered via the DD app... I waited forever for it (well, not actually forever, but 15 minutes)... I only saw 2 employees in the store - it wasn't super busy, they were just a bit overwhelmed with what they had! ..the coffee was ok!!
