After a doordash delivery driver stole an item out of my order. Dylan called customer service and did everything he could to help. Even called me back to let me know it was in the works. A class act employee!
This is a place we have been visiting for more than 20 years. When the complex had a lot of other business running, the atmosphere was great. But now, a lot of business wound up, and it became more depressing after covid. Even though the place continues to thrive, the excitement we used to have dining-in, hot pizzas, breadsticks, etc. Is all gone now. To make it worse, the lights on the parking lot do not work, plunging the whole business in the dark. Now our visits became occasional....read full review

I love Pizza Hut in almost every way. The reason for a 4 stars atmosphere is that there is no available seat in to eat there; notwithstanding that, the employees are very nice and helpful.
