Ariselli (I probably did not spell that correctly) is so wonderful. She is so kind and helpful , she knows the menu well, and has amazing customer service skills , coming from someone whose worked hospitality there whole life , she’s wonderful, the deli is wonderful, can’t rave about this place enough .

Delivery order was packaged perfectly and some of the best bagels and breakfast sandwiches we've had. Looking forward to trying more items from here. Definitely try the roasted red peppers because they are fantastic!

The bagels are some of the best I've had! This was my first time there but definitely won't be my last. I had a pick up order through Too Good To Go and I was greeted and served immediately when I came through the door and they even let me take a brownie!

They restored my faith in humanity. Me and my wife have been down on our luck and we’re going to split an egg and cheese sandwich and coffee We were a little short but instead of taking off the coffee they GAVE it to us AND we got our bag with an extra sandwich with enjoy written on it! And it was amazing?? great place awesome ppl❤️???

I just went to Gems in Middletown on Union Ave for a chicken cutlet sandwich on a roll... and let me tell you! That was the BEST fricken sandwich I have ever had. It was perfectly made. And the chicken wasn't tough or to thick. Perfecto! AND, they even warmed the chicken up ever so slightly to take the chill out of it. That sandwich was made with love. And I own a catering company so I know how to make food with love. Good job guys and gals!

Stopped by this plaza for something else and saw the bagel shop. Love bagels from nj. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel as well as an onion bagel toasted with butter and a chocolate milk = $14.98 Really? Prices were not only outrageous but the quality of the bagel was just awful. I would have rathered Lenders frozen bagels over these The only thing good about the place was the friendly staff. Unfortunately I won't be returning. I'm assuming I was paying the rent

My family enjoys gems bagels and sandwiches and breakfasts several times a week. There is no substitute for a delicious gems menu on our weekends morning to fill your families bellies. If you are hungry and you want to spend about five bucks on a sandwich you can get a real home made delicious breakfast sandwich better than any of those crappy drive-through Mick restaurants open up and down the highway. This place is so nice that they actually remember your name after a few visits. Sometimes we order calling directly to the store sometimes we drive to the store and eat in. I can't get a better breakfast anywhere in my area. Gems bagels it's the best. Always say yes kids - do you want Gems this morning? Then we get a yell of praise!

This is the third time I’ve been here and the girl that works there is so rude. I always order scrambled eggswith cheese. Each time it’s this huge deal. The last time I got it but I had to take 10 minutes to explain to the cook what the difference is between that and a cheese omelet. This morning I ordered this again and I didn’t get it again the women behind the counter was so rude and told me I’m wrong that this is scambled eggs and I got so annoyed that she’s arguing with me I said forget it and just left it’s so annoying never again HORRIBLE Customer service
