I have been a Lighthouse Italian Ice fan for my entire life. I believe this Lighthouse location makes the most delicious ice and ice cream. Kevin uses fresh fruit when in season to make some of his ices and ice creams. I think it's the best Lighthouse there is!

Got the vanilla and orange ice cream. Tasted like an Orange creamsicle, it was very good. The vanilla ice cream was very smooth and creamy, and the orange ice cream was kind of like a sorbet. Overall it's pretty good ice cream for a decent price. There's some seating around and they're open late.

This was a cute little ice cream place located in Red Bank. J called ahead to see if they had vegan flavors but no one answered the phone. I felt it was probably because they were super busy. We walked there from another restaurant down the street. I asked the girl at the window if they had vegan flavors and she was nice and friendly but she said they didn't. In today's modern society as well as being located in trendy Red Bank, they should have at least ONE vegan flavor. They did have Italian ice that is naturally vegan, which is not ice cream. Only one out of the group got something because we were looking forward to vegan ice cream. I am very disappointed in this establishment by not even having one vegan flavor.

Iconic Italian ice and soft serve. I like Orange and Vanilla together a la “Creamsicle”. Bring cash and be delighted by the super cheerful young kids who work at the counter. Eat outside at blue picnic tables.

Parking is really limited and it's in a high traffic area, but the ice cream is amazing and worth the hassle. I can be found at any one of the Strollo's locations weekly! I love the peanut butter italian ice and the rotating specials - the mint chocolate chip and the Nutella being two of my favorites. There's no other place with soft serve as good as Strollo's.

What an interesting flavour, I had never had Italian ice before - think somewhere thicker than a slushie but lighter than gelato. You have to get it mixed with the soft serve ice cream! A small was LARGE!If I find my way out to NJ again, this will be a must return to place!

It's 940 pm in colts neck not a person on the road as we venture toward our favorite after dinner treat. I'm concerned that perhaps it may be closed as there is zero traffic on a Monday night. Amazingly as I approached the long time landmark " The lighthouse" it's name serves it well Bright logo, and a populous of Italian ice fans there to assure us they are open! The young ladies who work there are just that... ladies. Great manners, big smiles are part of our American treat... ice cream. And boy do they have delicious ices and soft serve It may not be the absolute best I've had .. but it is the best experience one could have when diving into our guilty pleasure Go! It's fun, it's like being a kid again. Love it
