My ribs were undercooked and pink! I ordered brisket and received just a tablespoon of what I thought was pulled pork. It was burnt and dry, covered with sauce. My first and last visit here.

Have been here several times since they opened. Every time I order here, I’m just…whelmed. If you’re getting takeout, double check your food before you leave. They routinely forget items. Beyond that, it’s just what you’d expect from NJ bbq. Drive the few extra minutes to Monty’s.

I've ordered here numerous times. Their food is OK, Acceptable; just not great I placed a $100 order today, and when I picked it up I was charged a 4% service charge for using a using a credit card. I inquired about the charge and they pointed to a very tiny sign in front of the cash register referring to this charge. Since I have .been there numerous times and paid cash, they took this charge off my bill.8 I appreciate that but I refuse to patronize any establishment who establishment who is going to charge an extra fee an extra fee to allow me to use a credit card. And. In my opinion they should be happy that I am patronizing it. They were very kind and reversed the service charge, however, when when we served the food we purchased, it was dry and tough; almost inpalitable--NO MORE LOCAL SMOKE for me & my associates!

I've been coming to Local Smoke for years. We order dinner from here almost weekly and it's always been fantastic. I'm not sure what happened over the last few months but the quality has dropped significantly. Food is lacking flavor lately - I always loved the brisket, mac and cheese, potato salad and ribs. The last few times I've been there have been really disappointing. I think they changed the rub on the wings, the mac and cheese is now bland and the brisket is continually overcooked.

The burnt ends were out of this world. Nice local spot with great barbecue. Our table fell silent as the group devoured the orders. Ribs, brisket, and chicken tenders. Oh the fries were on point as well.

We catered an event. From start to finish, they were great! I spoke with them over the phone and worked out delivery and allergies for some guests a few days before. The food was delicious and delivered right on time!Dietary restrictions: They have allergen sheets on all of their foods and most are gluten free and some soy free. Very easy to customize the order! They were able to accommodate two of our guests with separately packaged plain grilled chicken.
Good food, service was great. It's a nice place to have a quick but filling meal. Brussel sprouts are on point. Everything was great to eat

ordered the brisket platter and was over cooked very dry the bark on the brisket was like chewing on stones. Collared greens, potatoe salad, and coleslaw was bland had no taste, Mac n cheese was ok baked beans where ok. Cornbread was burt on the bottom. All and all I got 3 platter and was a waste of 63.00
