Really really awful service. No one cared that there was a problem with the food. Owner must just throw anybody on schedule to staff the place. Some of the worst food, really upsetting to waste almost $40. Weeks threw all of the food in the garbage when we got home and discussed it was just awful.

I have been going to Mr Pizza Slice for 54 years. Steve - the previous owner was a zen master pizza of the Jersey slice pizza - minimal cheese perfect amount of sauce, crust thinness that had depth in every bite . I often told Steve , " it's the best pizza in NJ " Mic Drop! I've been going to the rebooted re-ownership of Mr Pizza slice since it was taken over. I am sorry to report the quality has been steadily declining since Steve sold the place. Initially they had his pizza recipe on the menu and their own recipe. They phased out Steve's recipe eventually. Mistake. Today Plain slices can't stand up folded in half lengthwise - this is pizza 101. Epic fail - my last 4 visits. The pizza Fold fail is one thing, cheese and sauce avalanche off the pie itself- upon lifting - worse than Fold Fail. I'm feeling generous with 3 star review - if I could - I'd give it 2.25 stars. Bring back Steve

I only had pizza with sausage the crust, cheese and sausage were good but the sauce wasn’t it had to much spice or something in it I wouldn’t get pizza there
Not the same, don't know why I thought it would be w/o "Steve", but come on ...keep the original Italian ? recipe...not sure they even use the same dog, definitely don't use the same roll and the onion/peppers aren't in sauce anymore ?‼️‼️‼️ Garbage and to boot not 1, but 2 hairs found in it ??‼️‼️

I asked if Mr. Pizza Slice was working that day and they told me he wasn’t real. Needless to say my childlike wonder was crushed that day by those negligent employees. Please refrain from taking young kids here if you don’t want their dreams soiled. The pepperoni pizza slices were good tho. Zach, former believer, signing off.Kid-friendliness: If your kids still believe in Mr. Pizza Slice, just don’t ask about him at the restaurant. Some of the staff there clearly aren’t sensitivity trained.
