My husband and I dine here often when we are in Red Bank! The owner is always friendly and makes his way around to the tables to check how everything is. We normally have Jenny as a server! Jenny is amazing and adds to the experience! Every meal we have had is delicious and fresh! We like that it is a BYOB but does have bottle options as well since we love to try out new wines! We can’t wait to come back!

My son and his girlfriend had a disappointing experience on Valentine’s Day. We called to let management know, and they self admitted to the same and offered for us to come back for a meal on them when we called to make the reservation, they did not honor the previous offer, so we wrote a review and the owner proceeded to bash my son and family as entitled people he is very unprofessional, and if you look at the many bad reviews, this restaurant has, he is very nasty and his responses. My advice would be to stay away from this restaurant, as there are so many more choices with way, better food and much more appreciative owners.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. My son and his girlfriend dined there on Valentine’s Day. He loved the menu online and was excited to try the milkshakes for dessert. When he arrived for his reservation he was taken by surprise that there was a fixed price menu of $85 per person that was not advertised. I spoke to the manager Tim after my son’s experience and he was extremely understanding and even thanked me for the feedback. He reassured me that I was not the only one that complained about not knowing there was a fixed price menu. He told me he would like to make this right and invited my son and his girlfriend back or even my whole family which was very nice of him. He told me to call him direct when we will be coming in so he knows and can make the reservation for us. This is the way to turn a disappointing experience into a good one and I felt this was how a restaurant should treat their customers.I spoke to Tim yesterday to let him know my son and his girlfriend would like to come in this weekend and he acted like he had no idea who I was and then proceeded to completely take back everything he said to me. The only thing he would offer was dessert or an appetizer. I was very disappointed at the fact he did not follow through with his offer. This is not the way to make things right. Now I will never give this restaurant a second chance and I will be sure to tell everyone about this experience.

Our favorite restaurant in the area! It's comfortable.. very friendly attentive servers.. we are there quite often.. and enjoyed every meal we had.. it's an awesome place!

We came to Neapoli on a whim tonight and WOW!!!! My boyfriend & I must’ve said to eachother 100x throughout our meal “this is soooo good!” We got the meatballs as an app & they tasted perfectly charred / rustic.. rather than the typical sit in sauce all day flavor. Then we had the skirt steak & Mac and cheese which was SO good! The steak alone was absolutely delicious and the Mac and cheese was other level. Then we had the Tuscany chicken pasta but subbed the white wine sauce for an Alfredo sauce and wow it was incredible. We can’t wait to come back! We sat at their bartop so we saw the chefs in the kitchen and you can tell how intently they pay attention to the dishes they put out! Our server Steven was super friendly & knowledgeable - and the manager Tom that came to check on us was super friendly, hospitable, & kind! Really really great experience at Neapoli, can’t recommend this place enough & can’t wait to come back!!!

The only menu available was a pricy prix fixe four course construction. We NEVER eat that much food. It was Valentine's Day but the limited menu was not disclosed when I made the reservation. I would have made other plans if I knew. Additionally, two thirds of the entrees were up charged. Most of the food we took home for leftovers. What a waste, $200 for leftovers. The chicken oreganata was not enjoyable and ended up being fed to the dog. The cheese cake was served frozen! Service was spotty and strained. Lots of bodies walking around with not much idea what to do. Ambiance and entertainment was fine. I am growing tired of restaurants limiting menus and essentially raising prices on certain holidays. It is short sighted. If you see fit to stick it to me on a minor holiday, do you think I am returning on a random Thursday? Do you think I am referring your establishment?

This restaurant is lackluster. Although the menu is good, Neopoli fails to deliver quality food and service. Clams oreganata were raw. Service was slow. It would have been proper to offer us a free desert to make up for the raw clams but they did not. Staff is clueless. There are much better alternatives in Red Bank! I'm not coming back here.
