I understand it’s busy but when I make a 6:15 dinner appointment that’s is what I expected then get seated 45 minutes later next appetizer and dinner comes out five minutes apart big deal you bought me a beer and wine you won’t be getting my business anymore

Fryer not working which cut down many things we were going to order. Ordered pannini with Applewood bacon, mozzarella & tomato. The pannini bread was burnt & the bacon was NOT cooked. The waited said, oh yeah , ITS RAW..the sandwich girl called in sick today. I've been waiting to eat here and got a gift card for Easter and I'm sorry to say it was terrible. I'm so disappointed

The restaurant itself is lovely and the food was absolutely delicious. Portions were very generous.The service, unfortunately, was less than stellar. We felt extremely rushed. Our reservation was at 745pm and we were done by 830pm. Our appetizer wasn't even done and our dinners were being placed infront of us.The server didn't come over to the table unless my husband was able to call him over. There was no salt and pepper on the table and none was offered. Pricey water was pushed and tap not offered. We had to ask for it.My husband and I asked for our food to be wrapped and 15 minutes later we were still waiting for it to come back. The bus boy who took it went to look for it. Then came back and asked us what we had been eating. Came back 5 minutes later with it.I wish the service matched the food because this would have been listed as one of my favorite restaurants.

Seated immediately upon arrival. Enjoyed the porch and the open feel. The food was spectacular. We were thrilled to feel no pressure to leave, even as our meal lingered for over two hours. We truly enjoyed our time there and will be back.

Sangria was good, app was good but entree was flavorless and I was shocked by the use of frozen peas and carrots in my primavera. My husband was underwhelmed by his entree of broccoli rabe and sausage as well. Server was very nice.
Really great experience. Service great by our waitress Kat! Good was outstanding. Only thing was heat was blasting in outdoor room. So it was just very hot! Will definitely be back!

My only complaint is that I specifically reserved a reservation for the main dining room and even though it was empty they would nit seat us there. I was told that my reservation was only considered a request that did not have to be honored. When we finished dinner and left the main dining area was still not full.
