Pearl restaurant located at Oyster Point hotel. They serve breakfast, lunch , and dinner with a intimate atmosphere. Also has a full bar and live music in the evenings. It's a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your meal or even just a few drinks. There's an area more romantic to me, that has a fireplace on, with tables to enjoy your dining. Service from breakfast, to service at the bar was spectacular. Breakfast was delicious, I had eggs Benedict and my spouse had French toast with succulent glaze with banana's, both came out hot and tasted absolutely delicious. We even visited the bar one night for a few drinks before going to a show in town, service was amazing and the live music made it feel more intimate. Losing 1 star, due to the bar area being closed before 10pm on a Saturday night. My group after our show wanted to have a few drinks to end the evening, and they were all closed. Besides that, this place is just spectacular.

Moderate for noise because we were clearly the loudest group in the restaurant. Lovely time celebrating my sister's courthouse wedding, our server was endlessly patient and the food was delicious.

I would avoid this restaurant. The food was not great, took forever to come out, and not a single dish was hotter than lukewarm. Wait staff was friendly, but slow. Many, many water damage stains on the drop ceiling tiles.Seafood of all kinds had to have been frozen. Crab cakes were advertised as lump crab, but were very obviously not. Fish and chips was extremely fishy smelling and overcooked. Burger came out mid rare as requested, but was barely room temperature.I know it's generally off-season for the area, but I'd expect better service all around for a place that has the prices it does.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Real good food. Stunning view of the Navesink river. I enjoyed lunch there with my friend. She had ordered a personal pizza and really liked it. My beet salad with burrata and watercress was excellent. Very, very good.

Food is not necessarily bad but also not quite right. I had the steak and avocado salad and there was not a single pink spot in my “medium rare” steak. Definitely overcooked. Burrata starter shared by the table was completely covered by some sugary dressing. Rendering it near impossible to taste anything else than high fructose corn syrup-y dressing, which is a shame because the ingredients looked decent. Service was absolutely horrendous. First we weren’t seated for some time even though we had a reservation. When we decided that we should have a few drinks at the (empty) bar while waiting for our table, we were stopped by our server - she said she’s looking for a table for us and wanted to kept us from sitting at the bar.Initial service once we were seated was not bad, but it was obvious that not everybody got the same service at our table. I’d like to emphasize that I have an accent, and felt like that was the reason I was singled out by our server and didn’t get the adequate service like the rest of my party. After ordering twice and waiting 45 minutes for my glass of wine, I asked the server if we can get our alcoholic drinks before our elaborate coffee drinks since they’re faster to serve. Their reaction was to literally berate me in front of my entire party and treating me like I’m not a paying customer but a burden. I told them in private that their reaction wasn’t professional, they kept caressing my shoulder in a condescending manner and told me how busy they were repeatedly. I obviously wasn’t spared of a very sarcastic “THANK YOU!” [Look guys, I know it was busy, but usually, servers/bartenders don’t serve whoever walks in last and prioritize. Obviously a bottle of beer is served before an espresso martini especially if the order was placed first.]When I talked to the manager about possible discrimination, their reactions was “ l wouldn’t go that far.” So, it’s up to you; overcooked steak and possible racism vs. literally anywhere else. Yikes.Pros: it’s near water, I guess it’s cool if you’ve never seen water before.Cons: racism and overcooked steak.

As usual all was wonderful! The restaurant was decorated nicely for the holiday, people at the bar were enjoying themselves & service was terrific. We didnt feel rushed through the process even though we chose the last seating. They did run out of some sides but were able to offer other options.

The staff at “The Pearl” are exceptional with a professionalism and demeanor expected at an high end establishment. Maitre'D Zack was the host with the most. Very personal and accommodating. A prime table on the window was presented; but the crowd at the table nearby and the large patronage at the bar were noisy, rambunctiously loud and overwhelming. We opted for another table across the room in a less occupied area; unfortunately our table was next to a glass wall with a view of the transparent glass elevator which operated intermittently. While we opted for this area of this intimate restaurant, the overall “Pub atmosphere” marred our full enjoyment of our dinner experience. Our server was Christian. He was pleasant, had a good sense of humor and was quite knowledgeable of bar and menu options. He offered suggestions of crafted cocktails and paired wine selections to accompany our dinner choices. Appetizers of lobster bisque and burrata salad (sans burrata as it was not available; the substitute was mozzarella) were substantial and tasty; recommendations of fig glazed chicken with accompaniments of a vegetable medley and mac & cheese were delicious as was the medium rare NY Strip steak. This was my first visit to this restaurant and given the numerous options for fine dining in the Red Bank area, will be my last. For the price paid....this “watering hole atmosphere” is just not worth a return visit.

We had a pleasant time, even though we were down to five people. COVID for the two that did not come. My only negative, and it is not a big one, is asking us if we wanted a second cup of coffee.

Mostly good experience. Only had appetizers. Good, not great but won’t disappoint either. Service was a little slow but it is the kind of place where you want to hang out a little longer.

This is our go-to spot! Serve Natalie is hands down the best, I wish every server at ever restaurant could be like her. Thank you Natalie for your hospitality and kindness during all of our visits!

Having been to The Oyster Point for several buffets and brunches, this was very nicely done as usual! Not disappointed at all. I only have 2 suggestions...1. please label your food selections . In this age of allergies and sensitivities to food, it was very difficult to just "eye" the items and tell what their ingredients were. Your salads were piled high and I couldn't tell what was on the dish. The entrees in the warmers were also hard to tell decipher. IE: Ravioli...was it cheese or vegetable filling. I had to keep asking a server what was in the item. And they were very busy with a backup at times. And And And 2. I think with the price that was charged for the buffet, soft drinks and juice should have been included. I can understand paying for alcoholic drinks, but not for soft drinks or OJ. Most establishments don't charge for these items at a Brunch or Buffet. I think you should follow. Courtesy goes a long way. Otherwise this was a very nice way for my husband and I to spend Thanksgiving Day . Our children and grandchildren were away this year and we were alone for dinner. Your wonderful staff made us feel very welcome. Your Manager changed our table to a more pleasant one with a view of the river. Server Peter was very competent and a nice young man. Attentive to all his tables. Thank you for a delicious lunch and holiday. Carrie and Tom McNelis

The food was good and fresh. The view is incredible. The MVP of the day was our server, Dawn. She was patient and accommodating; especially valuable when you have a large table like ours.

We had a delightful dinner during Restaurant Week. The food (appetizers and entrees) was excellent! Our server Natalie was outstanding, very attentive but never rushing us. It was a wonderful evening out with friends!
