Used to be really good, but now they're just rude whenever you call, if they answer. They've definitely taken a steep decline since changing ownership/management. How did I order something last week, that's a standard menu item that I have been ordering for years, to now be treated like I'm speaking another language? The guy now acted like I was asking for a wedding cake, flabbergasted that I would order a pizza that they have on the menu. This was all after I had called and had to listen to an incredibly rude conversation about how they couldn't hear me. Big hint guys: if you can't hear me, it doesn't mean that I can't hear you! They have good food when they feel like opening but it's not worth it for the service, especially when there are other spots nearby. It's a shame to see a formerly good place go downhill so quickly.

I am going to say that the penne alla vodka is the best I have tasted in the area, the chicken is super delicious and fresh, the customer service is phenomenal, I love it, clean place will surely return.

Can not give a good review. Unacceptable service and poor quality. Ordered a meatball dish to go with the cheese ravioli; never arrived with the delivery. Called in and the person on the phone said they would send it back out. Never arrived but we were charged for the item. The cheese tortellini entree was skimpy for the price and the grilled chicken n the hero was tough and loaded with grizzle. Will never order from Dante's again.

I have given this place a few chances but this last time had to be my limit. The pizza is good, I have had better but it's still good. The garlic knots are good. Everything else I've had here is terrible. I got an eggplant parm sandwich and I had to search for the eggplant. I felt like I was eating bread crumbs only. It didn't feel like the eggplant was breaded. I love eggplant parms and I have had them at multiple places and you can actually see and taste eggplant. I got my hands dirty and started breaking apart the flat breaded material to see if there was eggplant underneath. At one point when I bot the sandwich there was a substance I could not tear. I figured this just be the eggplant and I was right. It seemed to be thr purple skin of the eggplant. Worse.

Great food , great service what more can you ask for ? And guess what ?! DANNY IS BACK IN RP !! I ordered A penne a la vodka with breaded eggplant and was not disappointed at all ! It’s a must try for dinner or even a simple slice of pizza if your on the run . Make sure to ask for Danny !
Now I remember why I stopped ordering from Dante’s. The pizza tastes good but the customer service is horrible. I placed an order of soda, 3 large pies (1 cheese, 1 pepperoni and 1 pepperoni, sausage,and extra cheese). The delivery man was nice. The can of soda I ordered didn’t come with the pizza and I was able to let him know before he left. He said he would bring it to me. I started to serve my family when I noticed I received everything but the pepperoni and cheese pizza had meat on it. I called and told the man what had happened. He spoke over me, he put me on hold without telling me he was going to and he did this while I was speaking to him. I was still on hold when the delivery man showed up with another wrong pizza and 2 cans of soda. I was still on hold by the way. Like I said the delivery man was really nice. The man on the phone doesn’t know how to treat customers. I will not order from them again and I won’t be giving them another chance in the future. I understand mistakes happen and I wasn’t angry but I wasn’t treated right.

I ordered a cheese calzone and received a charcalzone instead... If you're gonna burn the order, have the courtesy to make a new, proper one. Terrible quality control in this place. It's a shame that they're willing to take the full amount of money for a calzone that's obviously burned, instead of a simple apology and an offer to make me a new one.

Don’t waste your money. Little Italy in Ridgefield park has an owner that cares, and the customer service is elite AND way better pizza.
