I ordered through Uber Eats. Originally they delievered a wrong pizza. I called the restaurant and explained what happened. They were happy to provide a new pizza again. All this was done very smoothly. I believe mistakes can happen and what's important is how you handle it. In this sense, the restaurant did a great job.Pizza was delivered hot and delicious.

I’m giving it a 1 star because I have to ! The worst customer service ever ! I ordered a pizza at 6:42 pm it’s 8:48 pm and I still haven’t received an order. You call the store you’re placed on hold for 20 + mins just to be to an incompetent manager or so called manager “ANGELICA” my order says delivered an hour ago and still NOTHING has been delivered. She had no empathy for anything. No email regarding a delay was ever sent ! The delivery driver appeared at my house with nothing in his bag, whaaaat ?! How does this happen? Where is the organization in this dominoes. I call again and they tell me the food will be there in 5 mins just call the store and say it’s cold so we can refund you ! ? not because the service is despicable!! I’ve never encountered such careless people in my life. Covid really put business in desperate needs because SHE DOES NOT HAVE THE MOST IMPORTANT SKILL YOU NEED TO BE A MANAGER

They always forget something; always the dipping sauces. They say they are gonna bring it, but never do. They've forgotten the liter of soda, too on several occasions. Go to a different location.

pizza arrived in time and in good shape but delivery driver forgot to bring 4 blue cheese that comes with the order then proceeded to say he will be back yet took almost over an hour to bring the blue cheese when were almost done with our pizza even though the pizzeria is 3 minutes away.

I will never ever order from here again the delivery girl calls and says she's outside leaves my pie outside on a chair she called twice and hung up very horrible attitude then I called them that's was worse the manager was very nasty THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN The pizza they left I made them take it back but I had to pay for my 2,nd order but she did reimburse me for the first I should've of had to pay for nothing Never again Don't call or go there Very bad attitudes

Worst Dominos ever. They messed up my order so many times but this last one was the worst. They promised to make up for the last mistake (in which they gave me someone elses order) but they never followed up on the resolution they promised me. I called multiple times within a few weeks but the managers kept ducking me even after they promised to call me back.

Very Disappointing, poor service. I would not even give it one star if I had a choice. Opening time is 10:30am and it said pick up at 10:52am. When my husband went in there was no one there to even make pizzas!! The only employee there said they had no clue when someone would show up. This ruined our plans for my little one’s Birthday Party!! Had to cancel and find another pizza place. Would not recommend to anyone.
