I think Google should introduce negative ratings. A five-star rating is not enough for the fantastic collaboration between a ridiculous waiter who thinks he will get a tip by yelling at the customer and throwing dishes at him, and the owner who whines for a tip regardless of the service the customer received. Before the boss whines for a tip, isn't it right for the customer who refuses to tip to ask why he made that decision and apologize first? Let’s start by properly training employees. Well, I won't go again.

I visited there on tuesday, lunch. It was a bit slow. Parking is very convenient since its within the hmart shopping center.Hostess asked if we were for bbq or non-bbq. Seated right away, their side dishes had the right amount of seasoning. Loved steamed egg and dewnjang jjigae. Ordered non marinated beef short ribs and marinated port as bbq. They do not use charcoal grill unfortunately but still good amount with nice quality! We also ordered cold noodle, it looks like they make their own which is extra!!!!I am definately coming back!

The food tasted okay. The service isn't great. It feels unfriendly and they only care about tables where people drink.

Have you ever heard of Black Pork Belly? Known as the Kobe Beef of Pork, Black Pork Belly comes from Jeju-an island in Korea but luckily Dae Ji Ssonday 돼지쏜데이 in Ridgefield, NJ serves this special kind of pork belly! I’ve even seen @chefchrischo here ☺️. Dae Ji Ssonday 돼지쏜데이 is my favorite Korean BBQ spots in NJ-authentic, fresh and the banchan is ?. Bring a bottle of @choya_usa plum wine or @kurosawasake and you are set! ????Insta: @thehungrysw

The establishment was filled with smoke. Not sure the exact cause, but it seemed like its smoke vents were not working. As we entered they told us to wait a quick moment as there was a seat soon to be open. However, even after 15 min of waiting, we got no reception of any kind.We also saw that the alledged seat that was to be opened was reserved so we were simply just stuck there with no idea of when anyone would even recieve us.In the end the smoke was too thick and since no one was there to answer we left.

I think this is the first time in my life that I've had dinner in the best mood ever. Even though the meat was mediocre, the waitresses were so nervous about giving tips and rushing so impatiently when it was close to closing time that I felt like I had to leave work as I was eating.. The service was so bad that I tried to sign with 12% off, but I was watching from somewhere. They keep muttering about how little it is, so I say something, and they tell me to make money, blah, blah, and do my job properly, and I'm already in a shitty mood, so I'm annoyed. It's been a while since I took my family shopping to change my mood, and since I like pork ribs, I stopped at another restaurant for dinner instead of going to another restaurant, but I ended up getting so angry at the last minute that my blood pressure rose and I tried to scold and yell at the sick women, but my wife calmed me down, so I put up with it and just wasted my hard-earned money. It felt like coming. I don't know if the owner is aware of these problems, but I hope he realizes that if left unattended, the business could close overnight.

Never ever come to this restaurant. Waitresses are very unpleasant and unkind.

No, I did not get to eat here. But I stayed in the restaurant for more than 40 minutes during the very busy Saturday evening on 12/10/23.This place was packed when I entered the premise at 6:50 pm for a party of 4. The receptionist asked me to write my name down without further instruction. So I waited patiently standing up near the entrance. After 20 minutes, I asked the receptionist once again for an update. She told me there was 1 group ahead of us.10 minutes passed and 2 tables were turned around during this period and someone else were sitting down. And I asked one more time for an update and I got the same response: 1 more group ahead of us?I waited 10 more minutes (for total of 40 minutes) and my group left the restaurant in disgust. I totally understand it was very busy. I totally understand it gets understaffed at time. However, I do not understand and I disagree when the restaurant decide not to be transparent with the waiting guests and decided not to communicate with the waiting guests. I am NOT blaming the receptionist lady because she was too busy bussing and turning around tables. She was doing things beyond her job description.I hope the owner takes this review rather seriously and takes a new approach (and adopts new protocol) during busy time and when it becomes overstaffed. The food actually looked good and that’s the only reason I did not leave a 1 star review.

I've never felt so rushed in Korean bbq places. As soon as we placed an order, the server started cooking the meat. I liked the fast service in the beginning, but it went TOO fast that I didn't even get my rice, steamed egg, and soup before the bbq was already done. While one of my meats was cooking on the grill, the other person was already cooking my other meat in another table grill lol. All the meat I ordered was cooked in 15min and moved to our plates, left to cold. It would have been better if they just cooked the meat in the kitchen and served, instead of doing this 'meat cooking show' for extra money. And they ended up forgetting our rice. Plus it's too pricey for what they are.

Guys check your card bill after!!!! They charged us more that what we agreed to. This place forced us to tip 18% even though I have originally offered 15% which is pretty good for a NJ casual restaurant for a dinner. And days later when I get my bill, they charged me 20%!!!! I really tried to report to BBB and get this restaurant checked or something. Who on earth does this.
