I thought a combo comes with a drink I ordered 3 meals and it came out to 50 they gave me a receipt for me to only give them back a receipt to get my meal what kinda of shady stuff is going on this Popeyes

This one star review is largely due to management issues. Their “combos” don’t include a drink. The drink sign was occluded by a sticky note. Sad to see outrageous prices that don’t include drinks with combos or ask if we wanted sauces. As far as their service goes, the individual working the cash register had a flat affect and didn’t let customers know we had to order our drinks separately so when we went to pick up our food we realized our combos didn’t come with drinks. The staff handing out the food had an attitude. Overall disappointing experience.

This location has been the worst popeyes experience I’ve had. Usually food is good but the chicken was dry, they charged us for drinks but didn’t wanna give us cups. Cashier was super rude and clearly not interested in being nice. They were also fighting amongst each other. Terrible service. Hire better people, most of the people that stop and get food here are either tired or have had a long day to also experience workers with the worst attitude.
Stopped in at around 4:30pm on a Saturday. Employees at the register would not acknowledge waiting customers (they appeared to be busy with an administrative task). There's no adequate signage to advise customers where to line up and where to pick up food so we were left to fend for ourselves in determining who had already ordered and who was waiting. Though they seemed to be sufficiently staffed, food was exiting the kitchen after long waits. Our order took over 15 minutes. And we left and someone was still waiting for theirs. There was not more than 3 customers waiting. In total. Every one of our orders took an unusually long amount of time.Just skip this place. It's not worth the hassle. Go to the Shake Shack. Order was fulfilled in less than 5 minutes.

An apathetic employee, an incorrect order spoiled it for us. When I asked for another coleslaw (because they forgot to add to the order, dude was like"You gotta pay for it".Yeah man, here's the receipt that shows I already paid for it. He then lazily dragged his feet, sighed, bend over to the tiny fridge , opened it, sighed again, shuffled his feet a bit, slowly arise and then dragged back to the counter , sighed a few more times, looked left and right before handing it over to me like the 24 karat gold bar that was leaving his possession.Bru, get another job if you can't do this.

I normally don't write negative reviews, like, ever. It only ever happens when service is actively hostile or mean-spirited. In this case, the service at this Popeyes is the worst service I have ever received at any fast food place ever. It's almost impressive how much negligence and unnecessary hostility the staff fit into such a short amount of time. While some of the staff were busy yelling at another customer the man who took my order didn't ask what sides I wanted for my order or even speak out loud to me. I was given my food without any sauces so I went back up to ask for some, a manager gave me a single sauce, I asked for another one and he informed me he would have to charge me for it. Beyond ridiculous, and above and beyond for bad service.

Food taste like they’re cutting back on seasoning. The whole point of combo is to make it easier to select a meal. Main food, sides and drink. Here I was told the drink doesn’t come with the meal and it’s limited. That’s the first time I heard this.
I asked for spicy chicken 2 piece combo, and asked if the chicken is spicy and they associate said it should be and it was not spicy they gave me regular

Shockingly rude staff. The young guy taking the order barely said a word and would just point at things like the receipt. Ordered a combo but it did not have a drink. Went back to line and they guy said "don't come with that" and would not look at us. Then the older woman serving was rude. I can only assume management is not paying attention or cares about this location.

Employee working counter was automatically ringing people up for fries instead of asking them which side they wanted. He didn't ask customers if they wanted drinks which resulted in two parties being surprised when they picked their order that they weren't included. (I had to ask for our drink cup as did another customer despite the fact they were checking the order # on the checks.) People were confused what their order # was because they weren't told it was the last the two digits of the check #. Folks weren't offered sauces for things like tenders. I orderfed spicy chicken but received regular variety. We were told there was no butter for the biscuits. Both people we encountered clearly didn't like their jobs - poor management / training - and it seemed every one of the 8 or so different parties that ordered and / or picked up orders while I was there were having issues.

Despite all of the low scores I stopped in to a tender combo. The chicken was reasonably fresh (maybe 10 minutes old) and the service was quick. Prices are high, but renting a space here is really expensive so it's expected. I'll most likely eat here again next time I'm stuck here waiting for a load.
