I pretty much never eat fast food, but I stopped here driving from Philly to Portland Maine during a storm. Fries were decent and the burger was dope.

Breakfast was good. I didn't find the self order kiosk to be all that easy (trying to add coffee and another quick grab item). Ended up ordering at the desk, felt like I was interrupting a training or something. Couldn't understand the mumbles from the cashier and ended up ordering extra food by accident... But fortunately, those hash brown tots were hella good. There was no line, which was bangin'. Coffee was better than fast food coffee, but I was told they only had 16oz option then ultimately handed a 12oz cup. Not a particularly bad experience, but not a particularly special one either.

Place is a quick stop for drivers. When you go in it’s clean very spacious. Customer service is okay not the best. Food is alright but very pricey!

Terrible Customer service with employees who are unfriendly and look like they would rather be anywhere else. Condiments and Napkins were out of stock, counters dirty. This is a rest area stop where most people take their food and go so I understand why the quality would not necessarily be there however when we got back to the car , we noticed one of our orders of fries was missing . This was my first time going and I don't think I'll be back to a Shake Shack.

Stopped here for a snack, and Shake Shack was the only place with a line. Even though they were busy, my fries were ready before I even got five feet from the register. Very quick and friendly service, and the fries were good as always.

got the shake stack, cheese fries and a shake. food was good which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of one. but not worth the money for the amount of food you get the $13 burger was really small. for $13 it should come with fries and a drink but those are extra. total waist of $27

Ordered shroom burger. Get my order get back in my car, i look at my burger there was none of the things listed on the menu. I go back thinking maybe there was a mistake. They tell me no its what i ordered, but they dont have the cheese and mushroom topping at the moment. And it’s vegetarian. They replaced it with a shake burger. 10,44 for a burger size of half of my palm. Literally 2 bites. With no side orders. Its a rip off.

This location is in the renovated Vince Lumbardi service place. Let's see how long this stands up to all the non-english speaking drivers who leave their trucks there over 3 days long leaving garbage all over.
