VERY RUDE STAFF!! CALLED TO ASK ABOUT A SPECIFIC ALLERGY AND TO ASK IF ITS IN ICE CREAM AND GUY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID I CANT TELL YOU THAT RIGHT NOW I HAVE A LINE OUT THE DOOR AND HUNG UP ON ME. WE DEFINITELY NEVER GO.

Disappointed I couldn't order an ice cream cake for my brother's birthday 47 hours ahead. I called at 6pm Friday night asking to pick it up at 5pm Sunday night. The employee responded with a "no." and no further explanation. So unprofessional. Then after I asked why he said it takes 48 hours. I used to work at a Carvel and we took as many cake orders as possible in the winter because it was our slow season. I know it doesn't take exactly 48 hours to make a cake. You would think they would want the business? I guess not.

Yum. Update, had an issue here a few weeks ago, owner stood by her store and rectified the situation beyond my expectations. Great way to run a business!
I was very disappointed! We hired the Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Truck with the sundae package for my daughter's BBQ wedding reception on Saturday night. This was her one request that she has dreamed about for a very long time! I was notified on Wednesday that their one and only truck broke down and we would be getting a cart. They did compensate by adding a flavor and dry topping but ran out of two or three flavors and did not have the hot fudge, caramel, whipped cream or cherries that were supposed to be part of the package. When I reached out to them today about this, I was offered a $40 refund. I'm sorry but that is not a satisfactory response.
