Here is the issue. The first time out was great!!! But every time since it hasn’t been good at all. Stale bread and mediocre sandwiches. For the price they charge it should be great every single time!

When i first ordered from this establishment,The first couple of times were excellant.On fridays I chose this place many times.Pizza and sandwiches.The pizza was great.The Sandwiches were also perfection.Stacked on meat and alot of different choices of topping/dressings etc.But then (I dont know if they got rid of who was preparing the sandwiches) but the sandwiched started being miniscule.Hardly any meat and not following the instructions of the prep.Which you literally have to choose what and what not to put.Anyway whoever was cooking before hand bring them back.Def dissapointed.For 13-15 dollar sandwich do better!This was my go to spot!

Ordered a sandwich off the Hot Sandwich menu and it was cold. Like they definitely didn’t heat the chicken cutlet at all. It tasted fine once I got home and heated it in the toaster oven, but annoying to have to do.

One of my go to's for take out lunch in Ridgewood. Salads and sandwiches are generous and delicious. It's best to order ahead or you may have a longer wait than you want.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We ordered 2 pizzas, neither was edible.The crusts were as thin as an extremely thin cracker but were so flabby that you couldn't pick the slice up. They looked horrible. I have eaten pizza all over NJ and NY as well in Italy. I have never seen such a horrible thing. I can't even call it pizza, I don't know what it was!!!!Pizza is one of my favorite foods. I also think, it's so easy to make. I have made it many times. I guess as long as I live in Ridgewood, I will have to make it myself.

Very friendly service and excellent sandwiches. I ordered 4 sandwiches and asked them to slice them into thirds. It's like they could read my mind that I was having a few friends over for lunch. They offered to put them on a platter which looked amazing. The food was well prepared and delicious.

Ordered 3 12" pies, all of them were undercooked and not cut at all. I only ate 1/4 of the pepperoni pizza I ordered before I stopped. The plain pizza shown below was very cold and tasted like dough. When they offered to heat it up at the restaurant before I took it home I assumed it was because it had gotten cold in the time it took me to get there but now I think they never cooked it at all. Usually the food is great, but this is the last time we'll be ordering here.To clarify based on the comment from the owner, there was no indication the food wasn't cooked. Every other time I've ordered from here it's shown up cooked and ready to eat. I ordered 30 minutes prior, and no other pizza place I've ever been too has sent me home with literally uncooked food. It's honestly just unprofessional.
