The food was fantastic. The bulgogi beef bowl was delicious. The veggie fries were crispy and delicious as well. I love the drinks they offer as well.

I’m from the local area, but moved from NJ in 2015. I lived in Hawaii for 4 years and have had amazing Korean food, but Bibillia is always on my mind. My friend and his wife highly recommended this place, and my girlfriend and me LOVED the food. The owner is super friendly as well! If you’ve never had Korean food - you need to try this place. If you’ve had Korean food - this place will not disappoint you.

Stopped in for a weekday lunch and was very impressed. Service was very friendly and helpful although we were the only ones in the restaurant. I ordered the Purple rice bowl with Bulgogi Beef and really enjoyed the flavors. Would recommend getting all the toppings and multiple sauces. Overall, would highly recommend. 4.6/5 -

Chicken wings are great with decent meat quality with not so greasy glazed sauce.

It took me 3 years of living in Ridgewood before I tried eating here. I am upset at myself that I waited that long, it’s truly a spectacular and unique restaurant. My favorite thing to order is the Galbi Jjim with white rice. The wings are also excellent.

It's an excellent, clean, and modern Korean style restaurant. However, I didn't give a rating of 5 stars as I'm rating it based on my personal taste. I understand that the menu and flavoring are modernized. Based on that, I will rate the flavors as excellent because everything is well seasoned. However, based on my personal taste, everything seasoned was too sweet for me. In general, for the average American, foods that are sweetened are preferred as added sugar is in every processed food. The traditional cuisine doesn't have so much added sugar. I also like traditional kimchee. The kimchee here is also Americanized, meaning sweet, It's more like Kimchee coleslaw. My rating is based on my rice bowl. My companions had the udon noodles soup. They said it was good, but the noodles were on the small amount of size.I don't want to deter others from trying the restaurant. The food was fresh, and the service was excellent, but the ingredients just weren't up to my preference.

One of my favorite grain bowl places! Bibillia is my go to place in the area if I want something healthy, satisfying, delicious, and quick. The veggies are always fresh and crisp, the portions are big, and the Bibillia sauce is so good. They also have a good selection of good quality tea bags, which you can get hot or in a cold drink. You should try it!

We had such a great experience here. The owner and his team are super kind and friendly. The young man who took my order was very knowledgeable when I had a question about the sauces. He also made sure to send my hot food orders to the kitchen first so they can come out faster. The restaurant is very spacious and clean. We ordered the following:- Spicy pork purple rice bowl with all the toppings (spicy and bibbilia sauce). I was not too hungry and this was perfect! It tasted super healthy and flavorful. I finished it all!- Ok noodle with bulgogi beef. My young son can be picky and he loved the udon noodles and the soup. I like how you’re able choose what goes in the bowl since he doesn’t like scallions.- Spicy corn chicken. My hubby really loved this dish. It had the right amount of spice and the mozzarella cheese was a great addition.- Peach refresher. Like its name, this was refreshing and not too sweet- Hot soo jung gwa. This tasted very soothing. I would imagine the cold version would be great too.We heard from the owner that they opened right before the Covid shut down and had to close their doors until two month later =[. Hope they do well and their business will continue to thrive ?!

The rice bowl had exquisite taste, with a vast array of options for both vegetable and meat preferences. Bibillia is a similar style bowl place to Chipotle, but made with Korean style foods. Like their rice bowls, my daughter got the Ok noodle bowl, which is just as customizable as the rice bowl. It’s just as delicious, with udon noodles and rich broth. The restaurant also has a selection of refreshments, western and Asian drinks. The peach Bibillia refreshment is a favorite of mine ?. My only criticism of this Bibillia location is the layout of the restaurant. For a small menu, having a large area for dining is quite awkward. Because the menu is customizable, it would be best for the area itself to be smaller, comfortable, and familiar. Restaurant layouts such as Chipotle and Cava would fit Bibillia best. The place has such a great ambience as well. Ultimately, their menu is impeccable!

I love the idea of creating my own bowl & this is exactly what you can do here! The toppings were cool but the flavors were lacking for me. I've had beef bulgogi elsewhere and have enjoyed it more. I felt that this beef didn't have too much flavor. I will say the portion size and price for the meal are great. The space is also large and can accommodate many guests which I also liked, it seems like a place where you will always be able to find a seat. I was expecting to have a different experience based on so many 5-star reviews but since my initial one was great I would definitely come back and try a different bowl combo! Also, the employees were very sweet. They seemed like they were in high school but provided great customer service & answered all questions I had.
