Nowhere near the quality it used to be. Picked up 6 cupcakes today. The icing was hard like it had been sitting and the cupcakes were dry and tasteless. They were either old or they just dont make them the same. Havent been here in a couple months, really disappointed. Won’t be back.

I’ve been obsessed with these cupcakes since I was a kid - the red velvet especially. They have such a great variety though so you can’t go wrong! Perfect treat for birthdays or really any day!

What happened to the cupcake quality. I haven't been here in about a year, and I always remembered the cupcakes being moist and fresh. Bought a batch, and they were stale. Some were extremely dense and heavy. It tasted like some of the ingredients were skimped on. I'm so disappointed

Delicious! Hardest part was just picking one. Sons each had 2 and enjoyed every variety from the s'mores, red and blue velvet, Boston cream, choc choc, mint chocolate... not one disappointed

Bought four cupcakes - two were pretty good and two were very stale. I really think you need to discard of cupcakes that don't sell and not sell them to customers - they are so expensive as is - to get a stale one felt like a big waste of money to me.

I am not dictating my review is written. Cupcakes By Carousel are absolutely delicious! It is my go to! Really, who doesn't like cupcakes? They have lots of variety and make bite size for the kiddies. The workers are extremely nice. Highly recommend
wanted a sweet bite while we were in Ridgewood so we decided to stop in to this cupcake shop and see what they had. Unfortunately it was disappointing… We picked up two cupcakes and we didn’t even finish them because they were not good at all. I don’t think I’ve ever not finished a cupcake before…

Not only did the cupcakes and cake look absolutely amazing for my friends gender reveal they tasted it too, everyone loved them and I could not be happier, will definitely be getting all my cupcakes and cakes from here from now on! Beautiful work!

I had the coconut and snicker cupcake. Both cupcakes were dry, stale, almost still frozen like. Maybe these were old cupcakes. I’ll come back on a morning. Hopefully, the cupcakes will be freshly made.
