Good food, excellent staff. Wife and I sat at a table for two and ordered 5 small plates plus sangria, which all came at once. Table was too crowded to properly enjoy the meal, but I'll chock that up to this being our first time there and not knowing what to expect. We would do things differently if/when we go again.

Was totally empty when we entered the restaurant and remained empty throughout our dinner but they refused to give us a table by the window as according to them it was reserved for someone else. Well! Nobody turned up till we left at near closing time. Food was Good but not fantastic. Might never go back for the rude behavior of the staff.

I really wanted to like it, for $49 for 4 plates and a dessert that was excellent. Small plates but the serving portion was great for 2 people. The food was bland, the fish had literally no taste but had a good tomato mix with cilantro. The salmon was ok & the shrimp was medicore because it was on plantains that were so tough it couldn't be chewed. Service was good

It was pretty quiet inside because there weren't a lot of people there when we went. But the staff was amazing, and the food was delicious! I've been there before and they never disappoint!! Small plates but very filling & it's great to get tastes of all the different foods they have! Will definitely be back!!

This place is pretty nice!! Family oriented also a nice location for a date night :) I went with some friends to celebrate our birthday, at first it took a bit long for our order to be taken BUT once our waiter came he delivered! Very attentive! The food was delicious! I ordered the bronzini it was delicious!! We also ordered Patata brava, the burger and the crab cakes and dessert was very good as well! I'd definitely go back! Thank you!!!!

First time at Finca! A nice, unexpected, relaxed eatery in the heart of Ridgewood. We had a great waiter, Isaac, who gave us the time, recommendations and friendly service. We love tapas style eating, everything was presented artistically and was tastefully yummy!Short rib quesadilla was a good recommendation and we loved the mini paella which actually was plentiful and perfect! Truffle fries, pear salad & rice balls were were nicely done considering it’s on everyone’s menu now! We had to try the cotton candy tree which is very unique but we should’ve gone with his Napoleon recommendation; next time!! Sorry, I didn’t have more pictures to show but we forgot to take pictures because everything was so yummy!!

The one star is for the lack of care. I have been here before and was pleased with what I had. However today we started with a pitcher of sangria but as we are drinking we were having the fruit. The fruit had MOLD on it. Our waitress questioned as if we were making it up then saw it and said there's nothing she could do because we drank most of it already. Most restaurants would apologize or show some care. All we got was a bad attitude. Very disappointed!

I have been to finca a hand full of times and have always raved about not only the food and atmosphere but the service has always been good! Unfortunately tonight this was not the case. I understand restaurants are understaffed due to covid, but I have truly never had such awful service. Not only was she not attentive but rude, she never introduced herself and not once came over to ask how things were or if there was anything we needed. However the food was amazing and the food runner was working his butt off. The restaurant was not even busy so there was no excuse to have such poor service. When she finally brought over the bill, she added 20% gratuity automatically. There was 3 of us. Which had us completely dumbfounded. Who does that? When we confronted her about it, she blamed it on the "computer". Computer systems do not automatically add gratuity on a table of 3. I have been to finca multiple times, with 3 people and have never had a server automatically include 20% gratuity. I truly wish we left her no tip after that. I would love to return to finca, I love supporting local independent businesses especially during such trying times, however I truly wish you would hire servers that are worth having and fully represent your business. Kudos to the chef as well as the food runner who fully deserved a nice tip instead of a server who couldn't be bothered with even asking if everything came out okay or properly introducing herself.

This place has gone down the drain. I ordered 5 tapas yesterday and every single one of them came cold. The charred octopus was room temperature, the charred Brussels sprouts were more like bits of Brussels sprouts you couldn't even make out that it was a Brussels sprout never seen such tiny sprouts it was pathetic. The mashed potato and cheese on the bottom were cold cheese was just chewing gum it had cooled off by the time it came to the table. Next the skirt steak one $25 for mayyyybe 6ounces came cold and room temp, I sent it back and the second came back same thing room temperature. Instead of the waiter keeping an eye on that since the complaint was the temperature he didn't give a crap he just let the runner bring it, they claim they had one runner, so if you're a good waiter keep an eye on this damn steak and bring it out as soon as it's grilled. Clearly, has no concept of customer service or being attentive to an issue. The grilled shrimp on plantain toast also cold like they were premade, lastly the calamari was the warmest thing they brought, again, not hot like u would get at other places it was just warmer than all the other cold dishes we got. They did take off the steak from the bill but it wasn't about the money it was about enjoying a nice hot skirt steak that's what I go to finca for, that specific dish.. I will not be returning, it was terrible, the portions, and everything coming out cold .. awful. Too bad I didn't take a pic of the Brussels sprouts to upload it would have been a good laugh..

What a sad decline for this restaurant from what it once was! Not only the service but the food itself is mediocre at best. What happened?
