Drinks are pretty good, though I wish the service was better. Some of the employees should be better with customers and have a brighter attitude whenever helping out customers. The food service industry is always people-oriented and should always be willing to serve and help out customers when needed.

I am a huge tea fan. I was disappointed with the lack of of caffeine free options. I thought my drink was overpriced for a sugary beverage (asked for regular sugar amount. No place to sit or go to the bathroom. Cashier was very curt and didn't seem too keen on answering my questions.

This local Gong Cha spot is for takeout only and has fast service. Their tapioca has a nice chewiness, and the drinks are decent overall.

I swore to never go back into this location because last time I did my clothes got so covered in disinfectant or air freshener (not sure what they spray, but it smells like strongly scented Lysol) that it was hard to get the smell out. Well I ordered delivery today and even the pudding in my drink tastes like disinfectant! I actually ordered the exact same drink from a different location yesterday and it did not taste like Lysol. Plus my drink from this location was made incorrectly. There was too much matcha and it was too sweet. I suggest going to other locations. The drink I got from the Gong Cha at GSP yesterday was much better and not full of cleaning/disinfecting chemicals.

The girl who works Sunday afternoon has no sense of kindness. I don't think they follow recipe. Taste of my Macha slush was more like ice and water. They don't even have napkins for customer. Owner needs to train people properly in professional manner.

Very poor customer service. The two young girls that were working on 7/12/23 were very unprofessional and unwelcoming. One of the girls was rushing us to place an order and kept giving us dirty looks. If you want customers to keep returning to this location, then I suggest hiring friendly workers.

Every time I come here I get such good service. Everyone of the staff is so nice and attentive it makes the experience that much better. As for drinks I’ve never had any complaints. They consistently do it great every time. If I could I would recommend this place to everyone I know!

The co-workers are so helpful and friendly! I am in love with their dirty brown series, and so are my children! I love to stop here all the time.Kid-friendliness: Co-workers give out options for kids because I’d prefer non-caffeinated drinks for my children, they give out different options to choose from, it’s amazing!

I went yesterday the staff was rude and unprofessional. My drink was awful and tasted extremely too sweet and they gave me the wrong sized and claimed it was a large. These kids are distracted and not paying attention and I was waiting about 15 minutes for a single drink, there were like two people ahead of me. I tried to ask the staff some questions because Ive only had boba a few times and they were impatient and rude and did not want to answer any of my questions about different types of pearls etc. Also my drink was almost $10 thats insane
