We came in without reservations and were quickly seated in back where it was quiet enough to talk. I had one of the two mules on the clever tablet menu and it was good, served in copper and there was enough of it. I had a cheddar soup which was almost fondue and very tasty (my wife used it for dipping) and she had good fish & chips. Waitstaff was solid for a busy night.

Let me start by saying this don’t go if you are looking to be valued and respected as a customer YOU DONT HAVE TO GIVE THESE PLACES YOUR MONEY. so I walk in with my gf we ask for tableOf 2 they put us in the middle of the whole room right next to the bar. I asked can we please move to the 19 other open tables that are ment for 2 people and not next to a bunch of alcoholics. They said that’s where our workers sit….. there was no one there and 19 open tables but they wanted to keep eveyone in one area of the restaurant cuz they think they are effective or something worst management of all time they refused to give us another seat so I got up and walked one store over to get good customer service and food btw my first time ever being there ? first and last didn’t even get anything couldn’t give disrespectful staff manager workers my hard working money genuinely shocked trying to take my girl out in a date don’t let these grease balls tell you what you can and can’t do

The Office is a casual sports bar in the heart of Village. You can enjoy nice weather with outside seating, as well as the huge window that opens at the bar. Service is always friendly and the food is good. Our family loves the burgers, salads, flatbreads and chocolate chip cookie dessert.

The quesadilla appetizer was delicious but the Aui Tuna tasted horrible. They sauteed the tuna in toxic sesame oil but the staff was very nice to accommodate to give me a different food order. The fish and chips was ok but the fish was very greasy. Though I did enjoy eating that dish, they should use coconut oil to cook their food. It would improve less greasy texture.

My recent visit to The Office was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The casual setting made it the perfect spot to catch the game, and we opted to sit at the bar. We ordered the ahi tuna bowl, and it exceeded our expectations. Not only was it delicious, but the portion was also generous and easily shareable. The staff even accommodated our request to pre-portion the dish into two plates, which was a thoughtful touch. For dessert, we indulged in the baked trio cookie, and it was a delightful treat. Moist, gooey, and bursting with flavor, it was the perfect way to end our meal. The bartender provided excellent service, offering us helpful suggestions and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Overall, The Office is a gem of a local sports bar, offering delicious food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Went Christmas Eve close to midnight. Everywhere in town was closed and they were just about to. They welcomed us in big smiles to enjoy a few drinks before closing. Bartender was a sweetheart. Will go again, earlier of

I wasn’t going to post this because I genuinely want to support bars and restaurants as they have been through a lot over the past 3 years. However, the experience I and my friends had here in late December was truly disappointing so I must share this for everyone’s knowledge. We reached around 9:00 pm with a solid hour and a half or so remaining per their hours of operation that night. There were two waiters (one at the bar) and it didn’t seem like either of them were interested in providing any service to us.Plates of previous patrons were not cleared and we had to call the waiters multiple times to get any attention to take our order for drinks and food. It wasn’t even that busy - the place was practically 2/3rds empty. When the food came out it was so-so and funnily enough there were no plates or no silverware brought along with it.If the business is interested in catering to only a certain type of clientele, please put up a sign that says so. We won’t come and honestly, we won’t even be offended either.Supporting local businesses is a two-way street. The local business also should want to serve the local patrons, regardless of who they are. We are hard-working, paying customers who are happy to tip you for your service as we know how important it is to support local businesses. Please don’t take us for granted though.

We ordered multiple items the garlic bread burger, fish and chips, chicken sandwich and fries. This was the worst food we have ever had it tasted like old rancid oil and seemed as if they took yesterday’s food and just put it in a bag. We took 2 bites of the items and immediately became sick and all of it went into the garbage. A waste of over $100 don’t order take out from here

Came here for lunch with my mother. She ordered the special of the day which was lobster roll. She said it was tasty and the bun was delicious. Service was nice and friendly. Ambiance looked really cool. Would come here again.

We will not go back. Ahi Tuna Salad was not good. Corn on it was awful. Tuna not fresh enough. Chicken tacos. How can a NJ place make poor chicken tacos? Done so here. Pasta for kids ok. Burger ok. Interior, nice looking. Is this one of the last Offices still operating? Not sure. Ridgewood has so many restaurants but this one won't be our choice again. Service was ok. But we go out for delicious food and were disappointed.

Pretty annoyed. It’s 9:15 at night at I was waiting for an Uber so I sat down on a chair right outside of the restaurant and the manager came out and kicked me out. Seriously? I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and I probably won’t be going back now. I understand you don’t want people taking up your tables but no one is dining inside or outside. I own a restaurant and people (non-customers) often sit at my outside tables and I don’t kick them out unless I have to sit those tables. Definitely disappointed and won’t be going back

A quick review as I don't have much time- The office tavern grill has one of the most intriguing menus you'll see at a bar and grill type place - yet the flavors unfortunately disappoint. It's sad, as it seems a lot of interesting thought has been put into the menu, but whether it be poor ingredients or poor recipes, the food doesn't come out as good as you'd expect. That being said, the ambience is wonderful - it's varied, very clean, and catches your eye, and the service was solid. If you go - definitely try the truffle tater tots
