I went there with my family and was terrified of the rude and wrong behavior the manager had with the employers, got up to him and asked for his name he is Alfredo told him to stop treating his employees that way especially in front of customers and kids he just said get out of the place we were not able to finish our meal felt terrible to know that these people are working in this terrible conditions

I got the cheeseburger and my burger was raw on the inside i asked to speak with the manager that pretty much did not care at all and would not fix the order or offer something else ended up paying $47 for undercooked food and poor managing!

We ate here and i dont know who runs this place but it id very poor the male manager was very rude and unprofessional clearly he needs fired Also my food was cold and my eggs were like rubber the disrespect we received from the manager will make us never return!!!

How can I start well I have lived in Ridgewood for 15 years and I have eaten in all the restaurants in town but I have never seen a manager treat his employees so badly. The worst thing is that I speak two languages and when I saw that the manager Alfredo was very rude to his employees he treated them very badly no respect . I'm surprised that no one does anything. The worst thing is that I talked to them because I felt offended when I saw ALFREDO treatment and they let me know that they work 12 hours in a row without being able to sit down. which is why I don't go back to eat there I recommend Bagelicious 100% the people there amazing they treat people so nice they even remember your name or go to White Maple Café the costumer service amazing I can continuo with multiple restaurants in Ridgewood we want a good customers service, food but we treat people like people no tell them not you can’t go to the restroom or no you can’t seat or scream don’t try to move .

I live in Ridgewood before Raymond's restaurant offered its service to our community I like to support our local businesses but I will never support Raymond's again the manager Alfredo and his assistant Karen lied and forced a worker to sign resignation to employees who do not understand English Please do not support these types of businesses that enrich their pockets by mistreating their employees.

A friend brought me here for lunch and I loved it! I got the avocado toast with poached eggs and it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The decor and environment was great as well. I will be back whenever I am in the area again. Thank you(:
Plates were literally dirty and had food crusted onto them. I asked server about how many tacos as me and my friend wanted to share, the server I believe his name was Juan G, made a comment about my weight. Then we got a salad which had a big long black hair in it, me n friend are both blonde?. I wouldn't suggest going here spontaneously im sure its fine other times but just had a bad experience.

When you enter Raymond's you feel as though you have gone back in time to an earlier, less stressed time. White ceramic wall tiles, tin plate ceiling and service. Did I say great service, because that is what our table of 7 received, 3 children, four adults. Everyone got what they ordered and everyone finished their delicious breakfasts.When we visit family in Ridgewood we always visit Raymond's.
Really good coffee and bread! I ordered the vegetarian burger and it did not disappoint but it needed some sort of sauce on it. It felt a little bit dry

A rainy Wednesday night, Raymond's was just the ticket for a cozy birthday reunion. Warm and inviting we had a great corner booth that allowed for wonderful conversation. The food is delicious! Always inventive and well prepared. The service was excellent.

Solid dinner in the area that has traditional items & more! We were seated fairly weekly during the week for during lunch time. The staff and servers were all very friendly! We all got lunch items - bbq chicken sandwich, grilled cheese, turkey club, autumn salad, and fish tacos. Everyone enjoyed their meals!
