It was so noisy that it was hard to talk The food was not very good. My chicken parm was so dry! It was BYOB which was a plus but for the quality of the food it was priced too high

Great location. Good service. Food was mediocre at best. Will not go back.

Enjoyed my spicy rigatoni. Not sure if this is Stella’s fault but online, there are many sites that make it seem like the store is shut down but they are definitely still open.

As soon as you walk in, you feel right at home. The bang bang shrimp leaves you wanting more, kale & quinoa salad is so fresh & garganelli (pasta with sausage & broccoli rabe) is scrumptious. Save room for dessert! The pistachio cheese cake is light & delicious. We couldn’t recommend this place more! Bravo!

Really nice staff and in a really nice location in Ridgewood. We always come to ridgewood for the food and never have we had a weird experience like this. On the menu there is a pasta dish called spaghetti vodka and according to the menu it has just simple ingredients, no where on it does it state anything along the lines or sausage or stating that it’s a meat dish. We got the dish and started eating it and noticed some weird substance. We asked the waiter what the weird substance is and he said sausage. We then asked if it was on the menu and he said it should be and upon looking together with him, he saw that it did not say sausage anywhere on it and he was very shocked himself. The waiter was very nice and respectful but kind of surprised we didn’t have a manager or the owner come by and apologize about the incident. Doesn’t seem like that they really cared they falsely advertised a non-vegetarian dish.Vegetarian options: Do not get the spaghetti vodka. It has sausage and it’s not labeled on the menu as an ingredient which is insane. Never have I been to a place where the meat ingredient is not listed as an ingredient in the menu. We were all vegetarian and ordered the spaghetti vodka which is usually a vegetarian dish and you can tell from the name it seems like a vegetarian dish too.

Disappointing considered all of the great reviews here. I ordered the chicken piccata. The chicken was too thin and overcooked and the sauce was sour. The overall dining experience was very disjointed considering it is supposed to be “artisan Italian”. What I mean by this is their menu included nachos as an appetizer and their desserts are muffins. Also, the music that was playing was too loud and off theme…MJ’s Thriller…I kid you not..and this was last week..not on Halloween. I have eaten better Italian at my local diner. Our waitress was pleasant but she had to have us point out our order on the menu. This was a one and done dining experience.

Good - Food was excellent. Room for Improvement - 1. Temperature. Restuarant was a bit cold (several people had their jackets on). 2. Payment. Bill was about $120 just for food (BYOB establishment) and we were charged a 3.5% fee for using credit cards and not cash to pay. I don't understand why this was charged when it is a full tax write off for businesses in the state of NJ.

I don't want to be a downer--it was very good and I wound go again. However, the tomato sauce is not my favorite (it was a bit too sharp). The staff were earnest and friendly, but she was ready to bring me dessert before my partner had finished eating, and I had to ask for basic things like a fork with which to eat cake. Lastly, as an older person, I find "energetic" noise makes it difficult to hear my dinner partner.

So I was excited to eat at this cute place on the corner of Ridgewood, but I was left disappointed. The service was very slow considering it was not completely full and when I asked about a dish she just said she didn't know and didn't even go back to find the answer to my question . The fish was tasteless, the portions small! Not what I had expected at all.

DELIGHTFULLY SURPRISED! This restaurant is small but packs a punch. My boyfriend and I stumbled across it and decided to give it a shot for dinner - SO GOOD! Haven’t had such delicious Italian food since we came back from Italy. This tasted so authentic & the flavors were out of this world. I got the short rib ravioli and was in heaven after one bite. Do excuse the half finished review photo i got distracted. Dessert was not too sweet and light. Will 100% come back!

Some great Italian dishes here. BYO and a small dining room. Helps with outdoor dining. Food is exceptional service is lacking.

I didn't like the experience overall. The food was not that good, and it took a long long LONG time to arrive on my table. I do not recommend it.
