Know what you want ahead of time because the menu is only on overhead boards which are hard to see from where the line is formed. There are NO prices listed on the menu boards.At least 6 tables that ordered after we did were served and we still had no food. I finally had to go to the counter to see what happened to our order. 15 minutes later our food came out with a muttered, "Sorry about that."The sandwiches were mediocre and the soup was tepid.It was uncomfortably cold in the restaurant.Not sure how this place gets good reviews. Panera is the same model of service (order and pay at the counter and food is brought to your table) but much better.

I AGREE with Marcia. I was outside the restaurant a few days. LOUD music was being broadcast outside. Let those of us in the vicinity have their peace. You are not a deejay and the sidewalk is not your club.

This place is a joke when it comes to Indian cafe! We ordered aaloo tikki chaat, beat root tikki chaat, pani puri and sev puri. All of these appetizers were trash. Main course order was paneer tikka wrap, chicken tikka wrap, paneer tikka sandwich and grilled cheese sandwich, all of these items were also total trash. There were no other customers except us the whole time we were there. Service was super slow.. never going back to this place ever again..

I Met 2 of the managers from sugar and spice and they were a cool couple and made me want to come back after i got out from school.Seems like the place closed soon after or they only host events there now. Such a shame that it couldn’t stay open

I think a lot of these reviews are fake or solicited. The place is never open with unclear hours and tea is overpriced and extremely underwhelming. I assume the bakery moving in next door will shutter this place.
