i was out with my friends and we are all teenage girls looking for some food. we went here and got seated immediately which was very nice. we had some difficultly choosing what to get so we were figuring it out a bit and the server just told us she will be back when we figure it out. when our house salads came, the vegetables were dry which wasn’t a bad thing but we just didn’t enjoy it. We ordered soy garlic chicken and pork tonkotsu ramen and the ramen was pretty good but the chicken was ermm. also the service felt really judgy and we felt unwelcomed. when the check came it was just tossed onto our table and the server walked away and we thought that was pretty odd. we apologized for earlier for being indecisve when we ordered but we still felt like there was a tension. we still tipped 20% but we just felt very unwelcomed and lowkey disappointed with the soy garlic chicken but whatever floats your boat! idk if we did anything wrong to make them not like us but the customer service was very bad and it is disappointing.

Came here multiple times when I used to live in Ridgewood. Stopped in town to meet up with a friend and their ramen is just as good as I remember jt. The buns were also really good. Service was amazing. Will definitely be back when I’m in

Tori Ramen Chicken is a great spot to dine in or order takeout from. Every time I've been there, the service is always fast. If you get takeout, they separate the broth so you don't get soggy food. Their bao buns are amazing and you have a ton of options for protein in them and all the ramen. They've got takeout down to a science and if you stop in for lunch you'll see why they're so busy!
