Food is always good. Stellar Service spoke to Steve on the phone. They hadForgotten a dish but went above and beyond and made the trip again to deliver it 25 mins away.

If you want to ruin your sichuan taste then only step in. There soup momos were horrible . Don’t go with the pic they show on there menu. We ordered Dan Dan noodles and we know how the taste of Dan Dan is so good with sichuan this was no taste less . Pls if the restaurant is reading this you need to improve your food.

The name says it all. This is truly Sichuan. Utilizing the mouth numbing Sichuan peppercorn, every bite left you yearning for more. There isn’t a bite of food that isn’t perfectly seasoned.

The worst experience I ever had. We were looking forward to having a great holiday dinner with family. As soon as we walked in the hostess/waitress didn't even smile or say hi but directed us to many empty tables. The restaurant had a weird vibe and emptiness made me uncomfortable. On top of that, the waitress had a bad attitude when asking for a hot cup of water. She kept her stonic face and doesn't seem like wanting to work or have any air of hospitality. Our family walked out as soon as the waitress made another weird face toward my son while giving out the tap water and hot water, when my 7 years old was kept asking about something to me. I have had enough. When we were leaving, she had an excuse that she didn't feel well and sick. I was like what???? This has been the worst restaurant experience ever and I'm so glad that I didn't spend a dime at this restaurant and left immediately. Go somewhere where you can be treated like a customer and spend your hard earned money for good food and good service. Total waste of my time.

This is great Chinese foodWe had ordered four simple dishes and they all had distinct flavors, weren’t too salty and weren’t too greasy. The food turned out to be above my expectations, portion size is generous. We definitely will be coming back for more!Kid-friendliness: ConsNo training chopsticks, no kid menuProsChicken fried rice is good to the point where our child would eat it! There are juices on the menu and plastic cups for kids wit h lids

Subpar for the price of the food. We went there for lunch party of 4 on a Sunday afternoon there was only 3 tables occupied. Total was $100 for 4 dishes. Be aware that at least for a party of 4 there ie an automatic 20% service fee. They do not notify you that it's already included in the total. For those that do not pay attention you would have overtipped.

The appetizer was delicious that I forgot to take a picture we had pork dumplings in house sauce. Our main entrees were chicken in sichuan sauce -excellent, bok choy with shrimps in brown sauce - excellent and pork fried rice - good. Service was good. As well as the premises was clean orderly.

Happy to have a local Sichuan spot! The wontons in chili oil are banging and a must have every time. My family has eaten tons of wontons, and even the toughest critic admitted these were legit. Additional fan favorites are the dan dan noodles, Chinese eggplant in garlic sauce, and crispy fish with crispy onion. The chow fun was most disappointing - clumpy and dry - but that might be a factor of having it to-go. Overall still happy with the value and quality of food. Will be back!

I've dined in and done delivery and always great! The scallion pancake is light and crispy, kung pow chicken flavorful and slightly spicy, and cumin lamb delicious!

Very underrated place. Food was delicious with a taste that was unique among restaurants in the area. I particularly love the dan dan noodles.Service was great as well. The menu packet itself is gorgeous.

The girls running the show are friendly and super nice. Food is excellent. She even offered to add rice cakes to the menu for next time since I asked her for this Shanghai dish in a Sichuan centered restaurant! Our favorites shredded lamb with hot green peppers, Crispy Chongqing Spicy Chicken, and spicy fish.

Well prepared dishes. Sauteed shrimp was fresh and well seasoned. Place can use a little update though.

My wife doesn't eat spicy food so I didn't get to ty anything truly Sichuan (pepper), lol, but we did get two orders of pork XLB, soup dumplings, and the beef chow fun. Soup dumpling skin was really good and hot the spot. The skin was nice and thin but didn't break at the slightest agitation. Good sign The pork and soup taste was very flavorful and they came piping hot. The beef chow fun texture was spot on, dry and had that wok smoke taste, but could have used a tad more smokiness to really feel like you're in Chinatown. A little on the pricier side but you are in Ridgewood so it is comparable.A pot of green tea is $6 but they refill the water so it was nice to share the tea.Give this place a shot if you're looking for some good soup dumplings! I will have to try the fish in chili oil next time!
