Not much to say. Went there today and waited on line for no one to talk to us through the speaker. Googled their hours to confirm they weren't closed (they weren't) and then went by the drive-through window and saw workers helping someone inside. They were working, so maybe the place needs to hire more staff? Also, it is Super Bowl Sunday, so take that into account too.
The absolute worse. The drinks are consistently made just horrendously. On slow days they’re still painfully slow so you can only imagine the rush hour times.To their credit there is never steady help in that place. They need more staff.

I placed an order for 3 drinks and they had me pull in front to wait for 15 MINUTES! for 3 drinks. They got one drink order wrong. it was burnt black coffee when it was supposed to be an iced coconut macchiato. This location in ringwood is the only Dunkin where I run into problems. Please get it together!
