The food was Not hot(lukewarm at best) including the rice. There was so much batter on the chicken that I'm not sure whether there was actually any chicken inside. Watreress was not at all helpful, bordered on rude. It was my first and last time I'll visit.

Food not that bad but as we where as family day . trying to have a nice Sunday at peace we asked for a lil privacy and as we seat .next to us came a unconsidered family with a birthday party and noises began with a uncontrollable kid screaming all over the place. We asked for them to fill balloons out the place since they use a machine ,very loud, to fill balloons. The waitress smirk at me and didn't care about it.so u know what..last visit to this place. They don't really care about u after u seat so u kno my feelings. I own a restaurant too and I will never treat customers like such .

i love chengs with all my life it’s my go-to. food is amazing the staff are nice and they always come at the perfect time to either fill a drink or take a plate. it’s very calm and relaxing in chengs. love it.

Visited Cheng’s for their Chinese buffet and had an okay experience. The variety of dishes was good, with a decent mix of meats, vegetables, and seafood. Some of the dishes were really tasty, while others were just average. The place was clean, but the ambiance could use a bit of an update. All in all, a solid option if you’re looking for a variety of Chinese dishes at a reasonable price.

Stopped for lunch with the family. The staff was very friendly and continually refilled our glasses, cleared the table, and they were always refilling the buffet. Plenty of choices and it was all delicious. Can’t wait to come back.

We payed for empty food selections i been sitting here for at least 20 mins and still no food brought out , i asked nicely for a refund and supposedly no refunds, no signs anywhere indicating that. The workers are just so damn rude. I always came here because i liked the food but not no more with this experience. If i could I’ll give it 0 stars.

Dirty. Our feet stuck to the floor. Soda has no flavor. Terrible service. Extremely rude. Charges a different price every single time. Crawfish is rotten. Given this place multiple chances and been disappointed each time. Waste of money. Don’t even have food half the time. Have to ask to refill soda. They sit you and don’t come back. And then when you ask for something they’re extremely rude. They are most definitely racist too.
