Wanted to grab a quick bite before we headed out of town and since we were next to McDonald's we opted for going there. Went inside because it was not busy, ordered from the kiosk and had a seat. Waited about 3 minutes and they brought out our meals. Spicy chicken, fries and a water, cpl hamburgers. The food was warm and seemed fresh. 1 other person inside, place was clean and quiet. Food was fair, overall alright for a fast meal.
Tell me why you close at 11 but I was locked out of this McDonald’s at nine while there were customers inside?

food was fine. my only complaint is the way they treat their employees. there was a manager , what seemed like, that yelled at two spanish speaking employees. they did speak english but they got yelled at for simply doing their job. i was on my break and usually people at the drive through are friendling but this manager pissed me off completely with the way she talked to these employees. she had a deep accent and looked middle age. personally i think she shoukd get written up or talked to

I've had managers flat out say they did not care if orders were correct. I honestly wish I could rate them a 0. Not even the happy meals can be done correctly. They've bought a surplus of the coloring books so that's all they have to give out. By and far the absolute worst establishment in all of Cape May County and possibly all of New Jersey.

Ordered two large drinks. Coke was filled over and inch from the top. Well under where it should have been. The sweet tea tasted like sugar flavored brown water. Like it was double brewed using an old tea bag. Medium and large fries, neither were filled and both were cold. I asked for the cookie tote and he said (inaudibly) we don't have that. Yet, it was on the app for that location. The cookie tote comes with 13 warm chocolate chip cookies. Here's how mine came. In a bag, not a tote. Three cookies in each paper cookie bags. And one cookie in a 4 COUNT NUGGET BOX!!!! Are you kidding me??!! I had to already explain what the cookie tote was to them and they still didn't get it. I couldn't even complain, because I don't think they would have even understood what the heck I was complaining about. Expecting 13 WARM cookies in the tote, it was being given as a feel better gift . No one understood what I was saying at the drive thru. NO ONE. And to hand those cookies out like that, like they were day old and cold. Fridge cold.

I rate the service due to we were the only 2 in line and waited almost 15 mins to get served and also, the buns where stale ah, and how do you miss putting the cheese on the burger and it was cold. But to say they were nice well the one guy. Seems like they work for fun but not work. Or it was a color thing idk. I don't judge. Just mad I had a stale bun and cold also the cheese wasn't even close to the center its not hard.

Horrible experience there with the manager, I needed help with my app as I was not entirely familiar with how it worked. She seemed annoyed and wasn't listening to what we wanted to order. Needless to say we over paid for our meal and was charged on our card simply because she didn't listen and help us with the app. Before she came over we waited over 5 minutes for a vacant cash register as we watched her on her cell phone. Who knows maybe that put her in a mood!! Either way how about being patient with us older folks and not so short with a nasty attitude. We also didn't appreciate being embarrassed in front of other customers. You identified yourself as the manager as I asked for one. If this is the new McDonald's attitude I'll take my business elsewhere.
