This location has the best customer service I ever experienced. I made a mistake when I was making my order which was 100% my fault and the manager didn’t have to help me but she and her employee went above and beyond to very kindly and patiently help me to fix everything. Thank you very amazing talented women, I appreciate your help!
Actually this place was pretty good! I am visiting my parents from California and we have these every block so I have been to a few. I ordered the Lychee with coconut jelly and it was freaking delicious! Service was nice, place was inviting and clean and the drink fabulous! Highly recommend trying this place out if you like boba style refreshing drinks!

The place was warm and cozy, and the staff all seemed very friendly. My drink arrived quickly, however, the taro slush I ordered came without the boba bubbles I specifically came there to enjoy. Mistakes happen though, it's okay. Just make sure you check your order before leaving!
