“Place seemed clean and the two owners ( educated guess after reading the first review ) seemed nice. But if you order a sandwich , a big part of your order is what you ask for on the sandwich. So, if I say lettuce or tomato or salt , perhaps they could try to remember that. To be fair the roast beef was delicious. And I would go back to try out some of the specials on the board. Also they had soups.”

“Have been looking for a Thai restaurant that is closer (than trudging down Route 17 to East Rutherford) to my home with easier to find parking…..and boy, did I find it. Lovely restaurant, with a decent sized shared parking lot. Wait staff is friendly, helpful and will guide you should you have any questions, or need recommendations. Shared a Fried Pork Belly salad, that was outstanding. Pork was crispy and delicious without being super fatty. Salad was enough for 4 starter portions or two very nice sized larger portions. I had a combo of shrimp and calamari. Five nice size shrimp and a substantial portion of calamari rings along with the veggies was a large portion. Other diner had a noodle soup with duck, which was, again, a rather large portion and was equally outstanding in taste. At most of the Thai restaurants that I have been to, they use the pepper symbol to indicate heat level. I found theirs to be much lower than what I am used to. My standard is a two-pepper level which usually brings tears to my eyes. Their pepper levels seem to be less intense, as I barley felt the heat. That, however, would not keep me from returning. This was a thoroughly enjoyable Thai meal which I had been craving. We skipped dessert since our entrees were so plentiful.”

“Loved the authentic Italian cuisine, with options and modifications for vegetarians and gf diners. Vegan options are limited if you are gluten intolerant but if you’re not, my husband had the vegetarian pizza without the mozzarella and loved it. I had gf mussels marinara and the California salad, my kids had fried calamari, fries, pizza and gnocchi bolognese and everyone enjoyed the food.”

The food comes so fast it’s unbelievable! And they are great about diet restrictions too!Dietary restrictions: I am on a very low sodium diet. They always accommodate me!”

“This is a small storefront location with only three tables but there are power outlets. I was still able to hang out for a bit. From 7:30 am when I arrived an hour and a half later when I left, they were busy busy busy. Not a single break of the flow of customers. I did not spot any customer complaints ("Hey, you got my order wrong!") and the orders were filled swiftly. There is a large parking lot in front. “Truly legit Cuban cafetería (mostly takeout restaurant with much of the food already prepared and ready to go) - how do I know this? Because I grew up in a predominantly Cuban neighborhood where authentic Cuban standards were the norm. Moros y cristianos, moro rice for short, and fried ripe sweet plantains or maduros give an excellent indication of how authentic a place is, and Cuban Eddie's passed that test with flying colors! Prices are also excellent, and they cater - I'll be back often!Vegetarian options: I asked whether the moro rice, a Cuban classic usually prepared with pork, and the black beans contained pork, and neither did, so amazingly, these Cuban classics are vegan-friendly!”

“Enjoyed the sushi but this restaurant has joined the many that add a fee for credit cards. Credit card companies have always charged for this use and the business owners have always included that fee in their pricing - now they are just adding an additional fee on top. I will not be getting take-out any more from here - sad!”

“I visited during the grand opening special and ordered a bubble tea and a taro bubble tea! I think both tasted good, nothing special, but I did like the chewy texture of the boba! I also thought the staff were very welcoming and nice! They gave me a boba plushy keychain and a donut as part of their promotion! The space is a bit small inside but has a few stools to sit! This is a great addition to the bubble tea options in this area!”

Every aspect of the menu, the cocktails, the wines, and the space itself is crafted with thoughtfulness and intentionality. These are people who want to provide an elite level of service and they DELIVER. Go at any point of the year for a lovely time!”

“The delectable menu offered a range of top quality foods, from generic steaks to exquisite salads, the menu was a step above most eateries. There was ample wait staff, the service was top notch. Very little wait time. Our medium rare steak was the right amount of medium and the right amount of rare. The cauliflower soup was bursting with flavor as was the tuna tartar. Overall it was an excellent experience & the "tasting menu" was excellent bang for the buck.”
