De Lucas is the best! Always come here for their rolls and bread. And their pizza they have on the weekends is amazing! All the women who work here are very sweet and helpful everytime I visit.
My bread of choice for every day. I’m there 2 times a week. Bread freezes well. BUT…there is a woman who works there, older, short and heavy set. When she’s there DO NOT GET LOSE ROLLS FROM HER!!!! Every single time she licks her fingers to get a bag and then picks up your bread with her saliva fingers. I heard a customer say something once before the pandemic and she went off on her. Literally the best place in town, 3 dollars can get you a large slice of carrot cake and 2 giant cinnamon rolls. Seasonal items become slightly more expensive, but only when compared to the low price of everything else. I've gotten enough food for large party of 20 people for less then 50 dollars.Food is amazing, genuinely some of the best baked goods I've ever had.There's a parking lot out front, usually never filled.
