This Colombian restaurant is a little gem hidden in Riverside, NJ. I stopped in here after googling nearby Colombian restaurants in South Jersey and I decided to check it out. I was not let down. The food is delicious and the staff is very hospitable. The owner of the restaurant came by to check on us to see if we needed anything. I give the restaurant two thumbs up ! ?? ??

The food at this place is really delicious, my husband and I love it, which is why we are constantly going to eat there or ordering food by phone and then going to pick it up. Unfortunately, the experiences we have regarding customer service are not very favorable, every time we call to order food it is the same problem, they answer the phone, they make us wait, the order takes longer than they indicate and when we go to eat there directly It is exactly the same thing, both the service and the wait for the food take too long even though the restaurant is not full enough. I don't understand what's happening, it's all the time, it's not an exception, it's the rule in that place. All the time, the order is delayed all the time. The people who serve us are overwhelmed with the real attention that we called this morning, Sunday. to order some empanadas and some juices and as soon as they answered the phone my husband said wait a moment please, my husband already knowing that it is the same all the time preferred to hang up the phone and prepare breakfast at home. It may be staff inefficiency or insufficient staff, I don't know but it is very unfortunate since the food is very delicious and it is very convenient for us who live 5 minutes away from the restaurant. I hope you really take my comment as a serious opportunity for improvement.

I ate here today for dinner and I have to say it was amazing. The customer service, the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant and the employees. The menu was easy to read, and our waitress Laura was amazing. We made sure that we were well taken care of, that we had a smile on our faces and that we were more than satisfied. I will be back.
