This place is amazing! It used to be on the main drag many years ago, but somehow it lasted over the years. It has great food and super friendly staff. We went in there and I told them that we have never been here before. The server walked us through all the items on the menu and was very friendly.On the menu they have interesting items that you would not expect at a diner. I had a cajon dish that had crab and eggs. It was great. There are a lot more options too.Inside the restaurant it is still decorated in the old 1950s style. It has cast aluminum fixtures including doors and trim along the bar. It has classic styling that has years of use, but the restaurant is still clean and in good condition. In one of my photos notice the old table top and the old plastic leather chairs from the 1950s. It is really neat to see this all still in use today.Parking: The parking lot is large and has room to turn around.

First time omg i LOVED it i love cute little atmosphere and the homemade stuff around counter and the amazing menu our waitress was so awesome, down to earth and just enjoyable. Me my sister and god mother had an incredible little lunch! Food gave my fiancé and I food poisoning. We should have realized when the tap water tasted like battery acid - they definitely haven't changed their water filter in years. Cannot believe they cook with that water. Service was good, ambiance was nice.

The second we walked in the place i felt at home. The waitress started friendly banter with me immediately. Menus, coffee and two iced teas ordered and delivered in record time. Decided to shoot the works with a couple specials. Kind of expensive but I dont mind when the food is THIS GOOD. I love Brookwood, and now I love Daphnes just as much. My two go to places for breakfast OR lunch!!!!!!!

My wife and I decided to try a new mom and pop diner for breakfast this past weekend and Daphne’s had high praise on google so we figured we’d try it out. The staff were so unbelievably friendly and inviting. For a small and intimate diner we sure felt like we were just as important as the regulars that go there every week. We decided to get a little bit of everything on the menu out of curiosity and it was all amazing with the exception of the home fries. But we prefer the shaved version versus the chopped up. Either way, place was phenomenal and we definitely will be back.

Went here with a large group and the service worked really hard to clear space with us, even on a busy Sunday morning. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, while the food came out quickly. The food is classic diner fare, done quite well. Would recommend stopping in some time.
