We've had decent experiences here in the past and really like other PJs locations, but we tried going for a Sunday lunch recently and it was awful. The staff seemed very unhappy. I was told it would be a few minutes for a table, but it was closer to a half hour wait. We were there a total of 90 minutes and only had one drink. The food was going to take at least another 10 minutes and we had to be somewhere. We had to cancel the order and leave. We had little kids with us and it was just so frustrating. No one really seemed to care and we saw very few people actually eating. It feels like something has shifted and they were definitely not staffed appropriately for how many tables they were seating.

Had a wonderful experience with my significant other this Saturday afternoon, sitting at the bar. Was greeted and served in a timely matter with DELICIOUS hot food. Highly recommend the strawberry, banana, Nutella crepe!!The bartender was very friendly, as well as attentive (& made an insanely good espresso martini!) We shared some small talk and will definitely be coming back to see her on Saturday’s moving forward. We’re so happy to have found this place amongst the local areas gems. Breakfast all-day-long, who could beat that?

As a Senior Citizen I wonder sometimes why I even leave the house. You see this after Sunday March 3rd 2024 – me and a friend stopped into PJ Pancake House in Robbinsville NJ. We sat at the bar and watched five young ladies working in a mild to moderate pace. It is important to note at this time of day there might have been a total of 20 customers in the restaurantOne young lady was doing something no more than three feet to my right. Five minutes have gone by with zero acknowledgement of our presence. Just a comment like “Hi – we will be with you in a minute” – would have been nice. But like I said – maybe it is my fault for leaving the house. After a while my friend called out – can someone help us. The young lady to my right said - I am sorry we are doing things – would you like menus – Yes.As she walked away – I had to ask her to take our drink order. One draft beer and one diet coke.We ordered lunchHowever, it turned out the diet coke tasted flat – our waitress' co-worker said it always taste that way.Our waitress made a comment that made me think “God Help This Country”She said (Bartender PM B) “It's carbonated it just taste flat.We canceled our orders and paid for my beer and left. Went to Outback.Just a side note while I am venting – one 16oz draft beer $6.00.Parking: It will not let me post my review without answering these stupid questions - so pay no attention to what you are currently reading

Wish i could give a zero here. Avoid at all costs. make the extra drive to another location. waited 15 minutes in a half empty restaurant for a table to be cleaned before we could sit. waited another hour and a half for an order of crepes and a burger. NEVER arrived. they still made sure to give the bill for two coffees and a coke. How much money are they saving not having kitchen help??

My wife used to say this place has the best pancakes ever, and today she got pancakes worse than McDonald’s.Possibly new owner and new chef? She said she won’t be back.

I have gone here on quite a few occasions and this time around the attitude was not necessary. The host was snarky with me as soon as we had gotten there. She was also rude to my mother in law when we were at our table. Our waiter, although very nice, did not provide quality service. Even while we were walking to our table the other staff members just stared looking like they did not want to be there. Everyone enjoyed the food but it’s just not the same when the staff is not pleasant.

Nice place. Service was good and attentive. We had breakfast here and had the crab Benedict. Bit pricey, but worth it for a nice breakfast out.

It’s a shame because I’ve lived in Robbinsville my entire life and absolutely love the town, but honestly this was the worst service ever! I don’t know if it’s the generation, but the servers are too young and can’t be bothered to do their job. It’s a pity! I can’t justify the high prices when the service is THAT bad. Never going back.
