My first and LAST time here! I was excited to try this place since I pass it often. They opened at 11am I arrived around 11:15. I didn’t see any workers when I walked in, but could hear them in the back chatting. I went and placed my order on the kiosk and a lady came out. I had asked her a question about the menu and she seemed very irritated that I was there and asking her questions. Maybe I was too early for her? Anyway, I proceeded and placed my takeout order in which I also had added chips and salsa. When my order was ready, she brought it to me and tossed it on the table and started to walk off. I asked about the salsa and she rudely replied and said it’s in the bag. I just looked back at her and and she said it’s in the bag. There are several different types of salsa available so not sure I was not given the option to choose. I got up and went to the counter and asked her if I was not able to choose the kind of salsa. She said no only green. She seemed very annoyed and I just walked out. The food does not taste good at all. I ordered steak tacos, the flautas and elote shrimp. I was very disappointed with everything. The flavor was not good at all. Needless to say, I won’t be back here for the food and especially the service..

Ordered takeout tonight for the family. Easy to get to with ample 20 minute limit parking on the side of the building. Side parking allowed me go avoid on street and made pickup a breeze! Quaint indoor dining area which we didn't use but looked like a nice option for dine in. Food was ready on time, order was correct, friendly staff at pickup, and everything was amazing! Birria tacos, birria burrito, tofu burrito with chipotle smothered, empanadas, churros, and tres leches. Highly recommend!!!

Tacorito burrito was 3/4 rice, side of guacamole on side not given in the takeout order, please refund that. Fried fish bites was good, but more like fish tenders rather than bites as advertised.

The best fried fish tacos in our area! We went twice in one week! Trust me it's that good! All ingredients were fresh. I recommend trying out the Baja fish tacos, chimichangas, quesadillas, and chips w/guacamole.

I don’t get the hype with this restaurant. Quesadillas are too soggy. I’ve tried the birria ones as well and they were just as soggy before dipping them into the sauce.

Taco Rito has delicious food, my favorites are crazy empanadas and chimichanga. The seating is bigger than Hightstown, but the layout needs improvement. Still, it's my go-to for satisfying Mexican food.

Love the food here, but had an extremely unpleasant experience with Tami. For as high as the prices are here, I expect a little better treatment from staff. She was so rude I wouldn’t exactly rush back.

Food is awesome .... the Elote Cumin Shrimp are awesome. The shrimp rice bowl is amazing. The Birria bowl is juicey and tasty. I haven't been disappointed in any of their dishes. Their Tres Leches cake is amazing!!!
