Acai base was crumbles of ice.. not tasty or refreshing at all. Also found a hair in my bowl :( Super disappointing especially for the price.

Not only is there barely any açaí under all of the toppings the açaí is frozen with icicles mixed in and they put wayyyyy too much coconut oil in the bowl as well. I like coconut by not that much of it! Also, there was only 1 person working and she was very friendly. Playa bowls definitely does it

I used to love coming here, but lately the bowls have been disappointing. The acai base is basically frozen globs of ice you can't break apart or eat. I also showed up at 730PM yesterday and the shop was already closed for the night (they close at 8PM). There's no consistency.

Why did it take 25 minutes and 3 people to make a smoothie The smoothie was good, but that's not much of an accomplishment. Just don't waste your lunch break here like I did.

I stopped by to pick up a acai bowl because I heard great reviews about this place at my work. When I entered, the atmosphere was very nice! However, when I went by the register to order, I noticed there was one person working. The order screen was facing towards me , so I was unsure it meant placing an order myself. After countless times of saying “excuse me, and hello” the worker kindly came and took my order.Now the acai bowl… to be honest, there was BARELY any acai. A heck ton of gronola. The fruit was fresh. The acai however was rock hard and not blended thoroughly. Overall, I wasted nearly $14 for a small bowl. Playa bowls has larger portions and the base is DELICIOUS. Probably would not come back here.

all i’m gonna say is if you want your food quick, don’t expect that! they take 20 mins to make avocado toast, the bread? yea it’s not toasted. the avocado toast looks NOTHING like the one the advertise. did you order a smoothie with it? give yourself an extra 15 mins. not coming

i got two bowls one for my bf and the protein powder isn't blended into the base, so im chewing the powder and not enough of the base acai so its really dry. its mostly granola top and bottom . playa bowls is the way to go.
