NEVER use the order-in-advance option on the app. I got to the restaurant 18 minutes early, with the hope that they could simply start filling my order. However, the cashier said they could not start the order until the ticket printed out, which would be at the pickup time I entered on the app—which doesn’t make sense, because it would mean that an order could never be ready at the pick-up time. I asked to speak to the manager, but was pointedly ignoredI was handed my order at 2:35, 5 minutes after my pickup time.There really needs to be a way to convert on online order to an in-person order (as once happened to me at Popeyes), or they need a system that allows them to start an order based on check-in or proximity (like McDonald’s). Although Arby’s has been heavily promoting the use of their app, with some generous deals to encourage it, their system lags far behind that of the competition.

Family owned franchise here. Drive-thru on a Sunday, only one guy did it all. Food was perfect. It's Arby's.Definitely a great alternative to the usual in the area, as Arby's are rare in these parts of New Jersey.Don't forget, they got the meats.

I haven't been to Arby's in quite some time.Their food isn't nearly as good as it used to be.They took my order and forgot to prepare it. Eventually, they asked me what I was waiting for.I sat down to eat and it was not pleasant.I won't be going back anytime soon.
