Overpriced and skimpy on the items. Ordered a custom cake. Never ordering from this company again. They added minimal ingredients and charged full price. I had to make cupcakes and the cupcakes were better than the cake. I understand things are getting more expensive but the quality shouldn't suffer. Almost 60 dollars to have people sample an ice cream cake.

Came in and was curious about the chocolate covered strawberries and how many came in it for $3.97, so I asked the worker with no jawline (needs to mew more), needs to desperately shave, black hair, was four eyed , and had pepperoni acne, and he straight up said to me “are you stupid look at the calories there’s only enough calories for it to be one strawberry” and than proceeded to tell me to make my own. So I did and they came out DELICIOUS and was so much cheaper than it would have been there. I told him I would show him what they looked like so I hope he thoroughly enjoys the picture of my freshly made chocolate covered strawberries and I hope he sincerely gets humbled because he looks too much like the acne faced big lipped guy from monsters inc to be acting like that.

Ana called me a slur after asking for extra toppings on my cup of ice cream. She told me "meet me outside at 1pm" ??? Gave my overweight child a nasty look which made him uncomfortable, disgusting company. Never coming back!

Ordered ice cream and salted caramel chocolates for delivery. The delivery arrived a half hour after the estimated time, so the ice cream was melting all over. They didn’t include the chocolates at all.

Incredibly disappointed in first time experience in here. Josie, the girl who helped us couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge us with a hello or how are you today when walking in. On top of that, we bought quite a bit of their chocolate pastries and we didn't realize it until after we walked out due to what happened with her at the register. For example, we asked for 4 chocolate graham crackers and 2 Java Toffee crackers and we only got ONE OF EACH as opposed to the amount we wanted. She also almost forgot to give us a chocolate apple as well. We also received a pastry we didn't ask for or all the truffle flavors we requested. Disappointing. She got our phone number wrong at the register when asking if we wanted to enroll in their rewards program and we said sure. She didnt even attempt to rectify it and said she couldnt do anything to fix the phone number meaning we would have to remember not to remember our own phone number. I've worked with six POS systems and I asked her if she could just void and restart the order(literally takes a minute..not even..) she called the manager over and gave a huge attitude and tone of voice when telling her manager, "Is there a way we can JUST. VOID. THE. WHOLE. ORDER" and gave the nastiest, snippiest tone of voice. Like, CHILD, you chose this job, it is up to you to make goodness out of your day and go with peace and balance in your life. We tried to remain quiet and pleasant regardless of our treatment. We won't be returning to this location ever again. First and LAST.

Superb ice cream, lovely staff I believe the kind girl that got my ice creams name was Alex! She was super friendly and helpful along with the rest of the staff! 10/10 experience! Ice cream was creamy and delicious definitely coming back and would recommend to all!

one stars too many… woman with tattoos is nasty n rude ?like it’s ur job I believe her name was Ana. She acts like she owns the place and kept insisting when I said I did want my number for rewards. DONT COME HERE. If you really want cold stones melted ice cream do yourself a favor and go to Morristown. I see there’s a lot of 1 star reviews here and now I know why. Rest of staff seemed friendly.
