Today I was in this restaurant and I had the best experience I have ever had in any restaurant, a man served us. His name is TY, he is a very kind and helpful person, nowhere that I have been has they given me this service. He is a kind, attentive and above all very funny man. I went home super happy as did my girlfriend, thanks to him we had the best night and even the food was delicious because when you go to a place and the person is kind that influences everything.Thank you very much TY for everything, thanks to you I will return to PF Chang.Your service and treatment was 100/10.

Ty, Ty, Ty!!! If you come here on a Saturday or Sunday, see if you can have Ty as your server. Simply put, he made my wife’s first time to the restaurant memorable!! He took very good care of us on an Easter Sunday! It was my wife’s birthday and he went above and beyond to make sure she enjoyed herself!!! The food, excellent. The atmosphere, welcoming and the drinks, delicious. Get the old fashioned with the Woodford reserve!!! Just had a lunch date here with my husband and newborn, she’s 8 weeks now so it was nice to finally get out but as nervous as I was, we were greeted and seated by Albert who I was told is the manager. He was very kind and accommodating. And then Jason was our waiter and he was absolutely amazing! We got the 20 min express lunch and they even have a 20 min hour glass timer that they sit on the table once you place your order and let me tell you our entire meal came out in less than that! The lunch portion was a very generous amount, my 6ft 2 husband was even full and that says a lot! We will definitely be back, especially for lunch, and we will absolutely be requesting Jason again!
