First time I've had a poke bowl. It was sooo good. Wound up getting the pre-made general tso chicken and hubby got the kyoto (not sure if I spelled it right) beef. The lady behind the table was sooooo friendly and enthusiastic! I loved how excited she was when we entered the restaurant! She was genuinely happy for us to be there. It's a small place but very welcoming. She hooked us up with 2 mini vegetable egg rolls and gave some suggestions for toppings too. She also gave us 2 more sauces to try out (for the DIY bowls they say 2). Tons of protein, rice, etc added to the bowl. I can only eat half a bowl because of how much food they give you! I went again to grab lunch there and the spicy tuna and pepper tuna is to die for. Super fresh. This is my new favorite spot in Rockaway and I will be coming back many times more. go here!!

Writing this review as I'm eating. The 5 stars alone should tell you everything you need to know. Firstly best poke bowl I've ever had and I've had my fair share of poke. Very fresh, tasty ingredients and I like the selection of proteins as well. The general Tso's and the grilled salmon are what I had and they are both well cooked and the flavor is great! The young lady at the front was very attentive and welcoming and she helped me as soon as I stepped in. The restaurant has a calm and laid back vibe, would definitely eat in, in the future. 5 stars all across the board in my book; Highly recommend!

I love poke cafe!! I’ve been ordering from them since they opened and it’s always so fresh! My go to item is a raw salmon poke bowl. The restaurant is so clean and the staff is always so sweet:) I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have been wanting to try this eatery for sometime now. I ordered online and the ordering system is very efficient and there are so many great choices. When I arrived to pick up my meal it was ready for me and I felt the enormous portion I received was well worth the money I spent. The food all tasted great and was fresh. My only critique is the tofu which tasted incredible I had so much sodium in it, I am 54 years old and have a blood pressure, I need to call to see if they have a different version of tofu which doesn't have as much soy sauce in it. Otherwise really great place! The staff were very friendly as well and the restaurant seemed clean and organized.

The poke is always fresh & tasty- great make-it-your-way options or choose o fixed option. They have bubble tea too. I always stop when I'm in the neighborhood! Owner & assistant are always friendly too & thankful for the business.

Ordered: 3 Protein Create Your Own Bowl (~$18): brown rice, salmon, tuna, shrimp, cucumber, edamame, sweet onions, pickled ginger, seaweed salad, spicy crab salad, spicy mayo & wasabi mayo, crispy onions, crispy garlic, and tempura flakes Aya's take: I absolutely love poke and it's difficult to find poke spots that have good quality, quantity, and price. The price at Poke Cafe was a bit on the high side but the quality and quantity were spot-on! All the ingredients were fresh and the portion of each topping was equal. It was super filling; this actually lasted me 2 meals! The staff here is very efficient and friendly. I was greeted upon entering and thanked upon exiting. If you find yourself in the Rockaway area, definitely stop by! This is one of the better poke spots I've had in North Jersey.

I didn’t like Poke till I stopped here. We have tried 5 places so far and this is by far the best.We traveled from Brooklyn to the Poconos 2 times per week. This is our favorite place to stop. We time it based on getting here in time :).Also the lady who I think manager or owner not sure but she is awesome. She even makes a custom sauce.I get Salmon (allergic to shellfish) and so many fresh toppings and Ken loves the General tso chicken. Always go for the seaweed (extra and worth it).Don’t walk …run to this place. It’s amazing!!!!
