I just left this location, busy Saturday morning 10am rush and there were 4 workers behind the counter 1 had a name tag that said Sabrina. This barista was moving twice as fast as anyone else in the store, she was making drinks while restocking what was needed to make the drinks, calling names and helping customers, I’m pretty sure she could have ran the store solo being the 3 other workers were crawling like slugs and probably just getting in her way!

I ordered via the app and when I arrived the barista was leaning back on counter on their phone ignoring my order. A “manage” walked up and instigated the barista to work on the order to which she started and then paused again for a convo with the “manager.” She finally completed the order and called my name handing me the cup - which did not include any of the sweetener I ordered. It was not busy - I was the only customer at the times

Perfect expirience every time I come here! They make the drinks right every time and some employees even got to know my complex order over time.. and obviously it's delicious! And good seating. The parking is a bit chaotic but it's worth it.

No customer service I am trying to door dash a medicine ball, I am home sick with Covid and 2 toddlers.Any type of tea is not on their menu on door dash and they will not allow me to just pay for something else and adjust my order, they are telling me to come in and order it.That is horrible customer service to me.

Just ordered a Venti and got a Grande. I told the woman that I had ordered a venti, and she was rude about it and said I ordered a Grande. So I asked if I was charged for a Grande at least, and she said yes. Just left and looked at my receipt and they charged me for a venti. Called the store to ask for a credit and no one answers. Mostly just upset about the rude service.

I can't stand this place. $7 coffee and tea and people dying to be seen writing or on their computers. Give me a 5 cent teabag in hot water over terribly overpriced Starbucks drinks any day.

BEWARE OF KATHLEEN!!!!! Kathleen has TERRIBLE customer service skills! The experience my wife and I had with Kathleen are the ones you see on the “what not to do” videos. Kathleen spoke to us with such horrible attitude, mocked my drink selection behind my back and thought I didn’t hear. And as if that wasn’t enough, she spoke to her co-worker so poorly and condescending, that I was absolutely disgusted!

Im really disappointed to be writing a negative review about this location but despite survey feedback, and in-person interactions at this locations. I do not recommend this location, nor will I be returning in the near future until they (hopefully) improve the customer experience and ability to make drinks correctly the first time. I frequent this location since it's close to home, and order the same thing each time: an iced mocha with no whipped cream. I have lost track now how many times I've been made the wrong beverage (they usually an iced WHITE mocha instead) despite seeing the correct drink pop up on the register when I order. I've also been forgotten about several times where I've waited over 10 minutes for someone to finally ask me what I'm waiting for and then realize they never even started my drink or printed the label. Today was the last mistake of theirs I will pay for, especially since they've inflated my drink which used to cost $4.45 just a few years ago, to the current $6 price with subpar service. This morning, the barista made my drink (appeared correct) then reached for the bubble lid and proceed to fill the top with whipped cream even though it was supposed to be without whipped cream. She was so involved in the side conversation with her co workers I couldn't get her attention in time. I told her it was incorrect when she handed it to me and then watched her pop the lid off, grab a spoon to try and take the whipped cream off the drink. While trying to do this, she poured 1/5 of the drink out as well because the ice was in the way while she tipped the cup. Then, she proceeded to dump my drink in a shaker cup and replace the beverage she dumped out trying to remove the whipped cream with MILK. So, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe I won't notice much difference, I had groceries in the car and couldn't really afford to wait much longer at this point. I took the drink and left and as luck would have it, I was charged $6 for chocolate milk this morning.Advice to management: please encourage your staff to minimize unnecessary side conversations when making orders and focus since it seems to be taking away from their ability to accurately make good drinks. I feel like when there's been more than 3 people behind the bar or if it's unusually busy, the staff here is in their own world distracted and taking among each other and barely attentive to the customers orders anymore. They try to work quickly but it often times results in wrong orders because they are unfocused.

Thank you Tania! You are the best and the staff is just amazing, kind, friendly and over the top one of the best services I’ve had in any Starbucks store.
