Haven’t had this in years!! I swear they changed the chicken cutlets lol. Still taste good but not the same back in 2015-2020. Still worth it if you haven’t tried it before!! Love the bread

Many years ago, this place had really good cheesesteaks, which I used to get all the time. After a few years of not going there, I went back to get a cheesesteak, and I was surprised how different it was. The cheesesteak was extremely dry and just horribly disgusting. Before they used to put it on nice bread, the cheesecake flavor with onions and peppers and everything. This cheesecake literally look like the meat was a few days old and they just put it on there and warm it up in the microwave. I have no idea what happened to that place but they have gone downhill so much.

Sorry to say this place use to be great. Not anymore. One loaf of Italian bread and 2 eclairs for $13.00. Bread just ok. The eclairs custard not creamy. Nice lady. I paid cash. They use to charge 3 or 4 percent if you use a credit card. And expected a tip. This place use to rock. Today dead. Only a matter of time. This is what happens when to take advantage of your customers. You end up with none. A bit ago I ordered a sub. They use to be fantastic. Not anymore. So thin hardly any meat cheese or dressings. I should have remembered. Shame on ME.

Was charged $12 for chicken cutlet, lettuce, tomato mayo sub. Which would have been fine if there was proper amount of food on the sandwich. They cheaped out so bad with portion. It was the most paper thin cutlet (only 1), paper thin tomato and hardly any lettuce and mayo. That's clearly not how you save money for your business because I'm never going back.

Do NOT waste your time getting a cake from here. I was absolutely embarrassed to bring the cake I received from here to my sisters gender reveal. After placing it on the dessert table, I quickly took it down and TRASHED it. I requested a simple buttercream cake with pink and blue blended in. What I got was a zero effort, messy cake. The “macaroons” had rigid edges, the buttercream was not smooth, and the fondant stars looked botched. Not to mention the cake was LOPSIDED AND CROOKED. My boyfriend was the one to pick the cake up for me and when he sent me a picture of it I almost broke down in tears. I called and asked to speak to a manager and what I got was a lady who lied to me saying the manager had already left and will call me Monday. When I explained I was disappointed about the cake I just picked up, out of the blue the manager was apparently still there! When I explained my disappointment in the cake to the manager she didn’t try to help or fix the situation, she tried to make me, the customer, feel like I was in the wrong and should be ashamed that I would even call and complain about the cake. She basically told me I was wrong and that the cake was exactly what I wanted and that they were “nice enough” to put the decorations on When I specifically asked for none. Her response to that was to “take them off myself and place my original decorations that I purchased for it”. The cake had absolutely no pink in it and basically gave the gender away before it even started. I have never been so disgusted in my life and have never been treated like this by a business. Instead of righting their wrong they continued to make me feel bad and made the cake even worse. So a $125+ cake went RIGHT IN THE TRASH. Don’t make the same mistake I did and just stay away from this bakery.The first three photos are the original cake. All blue, no pink, blotched on buttercream and macaroons?? I can’t even tell you. The last picture is their “fix”. Still all blue, no pink and falling over.
